Ritchy Haynes – PERL Mortgage

I just closed on the refinance of my home here in Denver, CO today, 9 Mar 16 and I continue to be pleased with Ritchy’s professionalism and ability to get things done quickly! This is the second time I’ve used Ritchy, the first being a purchase of a home in 2011, and I will continue to use Ritchy each time I need to buy or refinance my next home. With Ritchy, things are just easy. He helped navigate me through the entire process, answered all my questions (and there were many), and he is very upfront, honest, and forthcoming about everything. Simply put, he is a man of integrity and if he says «We can do this» you can take his word to the bank (literally and figuratively)!

I have done about a dozen deals with Ritchy. He is always available and has whatever answer I need. He goes above and beyond when dealing with my buyers. He can explain every situation in simple, easy to understand language. He never misses a closing and has qualified some buyers that I really did not think could get approved. Great with follow up without being asked. He is an excellent resource for my real estate business. I highly recommend Ritchy to all of my clients as well as my peers.

I just wrapped up a refi with Ritchy and had a great experience. I’ve refied sever times in the past and have always had to chase folks down to get current status. Ritchy always kept me in the loop with multiple courtesy calls to make sure I didn’t have any questions.
Ritchy started our interaction by making sure I needed his services instead of a HELOC (which would mean no business from me for him) and moved forward with great rates and options clearly laid out. After detailed phone conversations, he always followed up via email with the numbers I requested. Ritchy provided multiple options for exchanging documents ranging from electronic secure upload, to old school fax, to even coming to my home. He and the notary met at our house for the closing which was very convenient. I had a great experience with Ritchy and am glad I followed my friends recommendation to go with him.

I have some rental properties and have worked with Ritchy on 5 different mortgage loans (some refis) and it’s been smooth sailing every time. He’s very knowledgeable, and worked with me on my terms — always taking into account my financial goals, which are not always just the lowest monthly payment like many other brokers. He’s easy to work with, always responsive, and respectful. Sometimes even mentioning that I could get a lower rate by going elsewhere. He really seemed to be looking outt for my best interests — a trait that’s hard to come by in this and many other industries.
