Rob The Handyman

Rob did excellent work turning the remaining unfinished portion of our basement into a man cave/​guest room flex space. He made the effort and asked the right questions throughout the job to confirm alignment regarding the vision for the project. He also checked-​in proactively at sensible intervals/​milestones to see if any adjustments or tweaks were needed. Communication with Rob was always great and he made a tangible effort to minimize the jobs impact to daily family life (control mess, start/​finish times, work days vs. off days, etc). Rob was also very competitive but his execution (workmanship) still met my lofty expectations. He managed adds well as I altered the project scope to include additional work. Rob even personally went after a material vendor (big box store) for over scoping their contribution and was successful in getting a substantial rebate after sale.
Working with Rob is like working with a competent friend or uncle who is trustworthy and becomes personally vested in doing the things you don’t have time to or cannot do yourself. Being a non native with no family (aka help) I sleep better knowing if something hits the fan that I cant get to or is out of my depth, Rob is a phone call away.
