I have brought multiple vehicles here in the past and they work has always been done pretty good. They have never had a problem removing or installing the windshield. Then this last time the tech had a hard time removing the windshield, which he came and explained. I asked if everything was going good and he said it was, it was just going to take longer (luckily I had nothing to do after). Then after the longer wait, he finally came in and said it was done. I went to look at it and it was not installed correctly. You can tell from the top it is crooked (car has t-​tops so there is not a fixed frame around it). Brought another car of the same model before and they had no problem installing the windshield correctly, not sure why it was so bad this time. I ended up having to take it to a different Safelite to have a new windshield installed correctly (would not trust this location to do it correctly).

I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced and was told it would take two hours (had already been told this on the phone as well). I left to get some work done during the service. I called two hours and fifteen minutes later and asked about the status of the work. I was told they had an hour to go. When I spoke to the customer service rep, she said I had told her they could take as long as they wanted. Not only was this false, she should have just apologized and said they would work to finish as quickly as possible. That said, after my call they did work hard to finish in 45 minutes, and the job appears satisfactory.

Wow, this is what I call customer service! I first called the 800 number to make a claim, it was a bit of a long process but the outcome made it all worth it, plus the guy on the phone was very knowledgable and would chat with you so it’s all very relaxing. I was told I didn’t have to pay them anything because my auto insurance, Nation Wide, would cover any chips/​cracks smaller than the size of a dollar bill!
Had my appointment set and was told they could come over to meet me for service, wherever I might be! Not only was our technician, Wayne, right on time, he even called beforehand telling me he’d arrive soon. Everything was a breeze, he had it all fixed and even vaccumed the inside of my car! He said it’s part of the service. I’m blown away. And he was very polite and professional. Guess I’ll be referring everyone I know to Safelite AutoGlass!

Recently a friend and I did a really bad job loading some PA equipment while on a trip in Denver. Denver having a lot more «hills» then I am used to, I didn’t really think of how much things might shift while driving. And that is how I ended up smashing the back window out of a rental car…
Safelite was the only place that had the right type of back window in stock and could get it installed that day. They were friendly and got it all done in about an hour, so that we could get back to hiking and having fun!

Okay… these guys delivered! SafeLite sent out better techs, who were gracious, courteous, and meticulous. They answered all my questions, and told me what to look for. They advised me to call the moment anything seemed wrong about the new windshield, even if it might not seem related.
Waited about a week, and nothing came up.
And still after all this time has passed, all is well.
(Funny how when things are great, there’s no urgency to write about it).
I feel much better about them now. Yay!

I needed to have my driver’s window fixed and these were the only people that would be able to come out on Monday. Ok that’s fine. One thing I would caution about is scheduling a service online as I thought that if I did that that they would come out to me. Nope, I guess you need to call for mobile service. Good to know for next time. The receptionist was friendly in finding a tech to still come out. Problem here: Receptionist said that the tech should be out in a few min. Tech called and said an hour at least. Umm, I wish I woulda known an hour and could have slept in more (got off work 6 that morning). But once tech did come he was friendly and professional. Only other downside was the cost, almost $ 300 for the window. Just be aware that if they come out to you it’s an additional $ 20 added onto other fees and taxes. Would I use them again, maybe.
