This salon was wonderful and welcoming, even providing fresh (soft and delicious!) taffy upon arrival. Chris cut my hair and did partial low lights just the way I requested and my hair turned out exactly as I would have hoped. I found this place through and groupon and would definitely go back. Thanks for a great experience, Salon 71!

$ 22 Groupon for a deep condition + haircut & $ 10 tip! Not bad. This salon is located on the first floor of a building in the Cherry Creek area. The salon itself is very chic, modern and clean. Upon entry, you’re offered some water or iced tea which was a great treat because the weather has been blazing hot. I had Chris cut my hair and I’m satisfied with it! My hair feels soft & silky because he spent his sweet time combing & blow drying it. I feel as though my front bangs aren’t the same length but it may be due to the area it was parted at? I am unsure. I enjoyed the head massage during the shampooing and the casual conversation. I wish my hair could feel this silky and soft everyday!

I would never go anywhere else! Tiphani is a true professional. She does amazing color and a fabulous haircut. Her skills and ideas are always up to date and she is great at knowing what clients want and what works for them. Recently I went in to prepare for a party and left with a terrific up-​do and beautiful make up, thanks to Kristina. You can’t go wrong here.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Tiphani for over 10 years now. I have followed her to 4 – 5 different salons in that time span, and even wait to travel back home to Denver to get my haircuts from her. Thank God she’s finally found her permanent home at Salon 71 as owner/​stylist. It makes my pilgrimage from San Francisco, where I now reside, much easier.
Tiphani is extremely educated in her space, not to mention ridiculously talented. She’s the only stylist I will sit in front of and say, «do whatever you want.» I always leave her chair looking and feeling so great. She’s also managed to be the regular stylist for 3 of my best girlfriends, being able to satisfy all our different personalities, comforts, and looks.
I can’t recommend Tiphani and her staff enough. You’re in good hands at Salon 71.
