The burritos are good, not great, sometimes cold, but the customer service is terrible! I have called in orders and prepaid a few times and each time I go to pick them up they are never ready. Last time i ended up waiting over 45 minutes for 14 burritos. They told me the manager accidentally took them to another customer, they called him on the phone to come back to deliver them to me and when he came back they ended up being cold since it took 45 minutes. There was a few apologies but ultimately they made it sound like it was not their fault and were completely rude. Other locations I have been not have not been managed this poorly, however this locations still has a lot of work to do. Only go here if you have a lot of time to waste waiting for your food.

Has anyone working at this place tried unwrapping one of your«breakfast burritos» from the foil. Need some rolling lessons from chipotle.

I have not had anything recently from this Santiago Location, but all the other ones I have tried recently for evening meals have been so good. I am in Denver periodically and every time I stop at Santiago’s I always wonder why they are only up North and they have never opened one in Colorado Springs near where I live. It would be great if they opened one along Powers Blvd up north of Constitution, or better yet, along Hwy 24 near Falcon in the vicinity of Meridian Blvd and Stapleton Rd which is building a big shopping center now, and has 100’s of Families out here that need an Excellent Mexican Restaurant like Santiago’s. There are two Mexican Restaurants here but neither comes to close to Santiago’s food!!! So Santiago’s we here in Falcon and Colorado Springs are just waiting for you to open your doors here!!!
