Crooks, went to the doctor, paid the bill upfront, got a call back telling me that their credit card system didn’t work, then paid the bill over the phone then I kept getting bills and fees, then after the bill was paid in full, they increased their cost of services. I called them many times and they kept saying that my case is in review and that I will get a call back!

Do not go to these doctors. They rush you through asking no health questions. The secretaries are rude. The billing department is billing me for an exam I didn’t have and refuses to stop billing me. There plan is to continue to bill me until they can sell the debt to a collection agency. If this is the service you prefer by all means… call them.

Not sure why there was a one star review for SCL Lutheran Medical Center. This facility has top-​notch physicians, nurses, and staff. I’ve always been treated well when I’ve been to this facility and last year on Christmas Eve my mom was admitted to the ER. She was treated professionally, kindly, and with a sense of humor by the whole team. Don’t ever hesitate to go here if you’re in need of medical care.
