Shiny Happy Car Wash

The spray gun on the left is broken. I just waisted 5 bucks. The fitting isn’t properly and just sprays water all over the place. I tried calling but the number is disconnected.

Credit card charged for vacuum but vacuum didn’t work. The phone number listed here is a non working number. No way to resolve. If I am contacted and get a credit I will up my rating.

No good. I used the facility on Havana and Almeda. It was a horrible wash. My vehicle was not that much cleaner than when I first went in. The blow dryer was no good. When I tried to call to speak with someone, the message said that they would get back to you in 48 hrs.2 weeks later I am still calling them.

I had one of the worst customer experiences ever at this car wash. When I told the owner that my car didn’t get washed fully he rolled his eyes at me. When I told him that was not a good customer service reply he told me that he didn’t really care and he didn’t care if I ever came back. I’m a very quiet and non-​confrontational person so I just left. However, I make sure to tell everyone I know to not support this local business. We all now go to the very friendly car was on Holly and Leetsdale!

I paid for a car wash and drove thru. It got my car soapy then stopped working. I then to go spend more money on the hand washing which said it was only $ 2 but charges me $ 5. I would like my money back.

Update: I have yet to hear back from them about their broken wash. Ridiculous. I tried the Eco Express and they’re great! A little bit farther away but it’s cheaper and it works!

This car wash sucks. I used my credit card to pay for a wash and I found out they overcharged me when I checked my statement later. Also the soap doesn’t seem to work very well, so my car didn’t get very clean. Drive the few extra blocks east. There is a better car wash just down the street.

I’ve been to this Car Wash multiple times now. It’s right on Colfax, so easy access right there. I drive right around the back, pick between $ 7-​$ 10 car wash. I’ve received both and found no issues with either. Drive your car right through, follow the instructions and BAM! your car is washed.
