Shockcor Inc only sprays for bed bugs once a month because that is their contract with the pest control. This is not enough times. I have had them before also. Also they are no longer taking people on Section 8 housing and are vacating anyone out of their buildings currently on Section 8 whether or not. there is a lease contract in place. Also with the spraying, they only spray the units affected and the critters move to another unit or into the hallway or hide in the walls. Tom shockcor said he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants and to whomever he wants.

I thought my apartment at the Patrician would be perfect. Great location, great price and beautiful hardwood floors. After the 9^th month of me renting in bliss, I found bed bugs. Shockcor Inc apparently treated the apartment 6 times but the bugs came back. Other units in my building were treated at the same time and my apartment had been treated prior to me moving in. The entire building is infested and they deny it. They won’t treat the whole building, the bugs move from unit to unit and it continues to be a major problem. I could not stay at my apartment for 2 months, spent $ 100s on cleaning and laundry, had to throw away my brand new bed, missed work and lost countless nights of sleep. Bed bugs are everywhere but this management company has not done their due diligence. They are shady and still haven’t even returned my security deposit. Don’t rent from Shockcor Inc and definitely do your research about bed bugs before you move into any apartment.
