The person who commented on my review added nothing… mine is based on experience while theirs is merely based on a wild guess that I didn’t speak to the owner, to which I say…“who cares?” Owner or not, they should not be so rude. Period.

J.C. obviously didn’t talk to the owner because his English is excellent… as is his customer service! It’s amazing to me that he always remembers my name, recognizes my car as I pull up and is already getting my items as I walk in. Can’t beat it! I haven’t ever needed to call… I drop off my items and they’re always done when I come back. It’s the only place I’ll go– no question.

Owner seems nice, but good luck getting them to answer their phones. Doesn’t seem like a huge issue when you’re talking about a cleaners, but the one time you need to speak to someone it’s going to be a drive there. This type of business is on every corner, so no need to accept bad service.
