I’ve used them for several projects now. Everything from black and white copies, to full color brochures, to posters. Always had great service and products were always delivered on time as promised and quality perfect.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Run by angry old women who lack any knowledge of modern technology. Their computers are outdated and their attitudes suck! They wanted to charge me $ 5 to print a 1 page Microsoft Word document. DON’T GOHERE!

I can’t speak highly enough of Elaine and the team at Sir Speedy at 11th and Lincoln. Elaine was accommodating and patient with my printing orders and changing demands. In addition, she provided multiple and thorough estimates for additional collateral items(from business cards to foam core posters to coasters) in a very timely manner. I really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly atmosphere. The final products were of high quality and very professional.

$ 5 a file to «rip»; that means if you have digital files like pdfs, they have to be «ripped». Ripping is the process of downloading and sending them to their printer. YEP! DOWNLOADING and SENDING is $ 5 a file. When I realized that for my insurance cards, dmv paperwork, and boarding pass, all Black/white and standard 8 ½×11 would be $ 25 plus cost of paper, she acted like I was being cheap about it and said I could go to the library. I sure can, that’s a great idea!

Sir Speedy is a chain, but this location is a franchise, so it’s locally owned and feels like a neighborhood place. Their service is friendly, and most importantly, professional. I am working on a project that requires printing a 200MBPDF with 120 pages of high resolution color images once every couple of months. I have tried a few places around Denver with varying amounts of success. The worst place(hint: rhymes with FedEx Kinko’s) took nearly seven hours to print my document. They ended up re-compressing the file, which had quite a negative effect on the color, and printing the pages in batches of 10. The Fedex employee was nice and apologetic, but he clearly only had basic training on their systems. I took my PDF to Sir Speedy and walked out in 15 minutes with my printed document, full resolution, no problems. I had a nice conversation with the employee while my job was printing. He really knew his stuff and gave me some pointers about how to best prepare my document for printing. They also get extra points for being a Mac shop(okay, they actually use both Macs had PCs). I will definitely go here for all my printing needs from now on.
