This store has some of the RUDEST salespeople I’ve ever dealt with! I understand not very person my age could afford to come into a store and drop thousands on a bed, but I assure you, my partner and I don’t fit into that category. We were treated like homeless people that were there to just pop a squat. After being mean mugged for 5 minutes and laying on an awkward air mattress, we went down the street to mattress firm and spent $ 3K there.
We will never spend our cash at this pathetic excuse for a business.

I’ve had a sleep number bed for a couple of years and it works well for some people but for me, the mattress digs into pressure points on my hips and this is painful. Try it out before you buy it to make sure it’s right for you.

Do not buy a mattress from these people!!! First it’s more uncomfortable than a European mattress in a 10 euro a night crypt. As well as being a glorified air mattress — the cost will leave you feeling like you need to get two full time jobs. We have called and begged them to come pick it up … Three weeks later (after two ditched appointments) we still wait for it to be hauled away by the bozos that work in the pick up department and they have the nerve to charge a $ 200 pick up fee– and make it nearly impossible to return on our own!!! Nothing free about the «free home trial» Sleep number has the B squad working so don’t expect anything less then awful .Save your hard earned money and buy ANYTHING else …
