Nope, I’m just not feeling it. It’s bs when you pay 4.50 for a slice of cheese. This is never the less that it’s not as good as benny blancos or cosmos. Not coming back here.

Sliceworks, I love you. I had the genius idea to hit up HH here early on NYE(4−6pm daily), thinking parking at the Lodo location would be worse. Genius, because the parking lot is shared with Argonaut. Nope, a huge liquor store wasn’t busy at alllll on NYE. Super smart of me! ;) Anyway, I love the huge slices here. For $ 5 at HH, you can pick any slice plus a beer or glass of house wine! Normally I’m partial to plain old cheese heavily sprinkled with crushed red pepper, but I also love their green chile, jalapeño popper and a la vodka pies. My husband usually picks their buffalo chicken or bacon cheeseburger. My friend tried their special bruschetta pie which looked and sounded delicious, with a pretty balsamic drizzle! What I love the most about Sliceworks is that even though they have a ton of variety and some crazy topping options and combinations, the slices aren’t overloaded with anything. Not too much cheese(that’s actually a thing), not too many toppings that make the crust soggy, not too much sauce to make everything slide off. It’s all in perfect proportion. I always forget about the Unilocal check-in for free garlic knots, but thankfully I never forget to order the knots themselves. We all agreed on NYE to embrace the garlic. Even the(amazing) marinara dipping sauce is loaded with it. Worth it! The free mini slices when you order always make my day, and we enjoyed our pizza so much, we had to order another whole one(plus knots) on New Year’s Day. The upstairs bar area has a lot of seating and is a neat spot to sit and take in the Colfax sights. Side note: if you happen to have leftovers, and you reheat them in your cast iron skillet at home, the crust gets as crispy and delicious as when first baked.

Love this place! Josh is the man and always extremely helpful. They take care of you here — from offering a thin slice of cheese pizza to satiate your tummy while you wait, to having flexible hours at night to feed the masses. Awesome place and their pizza is delicious!

Best pizza in Denver– hands down! Great customer service as well– try the upstairs bar and get the whole Colfax experience! The Vodka, Buffalo Chicken and White slices are a must try, as well as the featured ‘Pizza of the Month.’ Very creative and SO good– I’ve tried at least 5 of the creations! This place is a MUST if you are in the neighborhood!

Omg… the Green Chile Pizza! So amazing… reminded me of New Mexico. This green chile is legit and not the typical pork-filled disaster you usually find in Denver! Yum!

I’ve been to Sliceworks a few times now, and it’s okay in my book. I’ve only been in where you order at the counter and wait for your slice, but I appreciate the quick service and the little sample of pizza while you wait. In my opinion, the slices are the way to go. I’ve sampled the green chile slice and the tomato pesto. These were both ample sized slices and super flavorful. I’ve also had the garlic knots(6 free with a Unilocal check-in!) and you can’t go wrong with those. On my last visit; however, I had the stuffed veggie and I was not impressed. The amount of vegetables is overwhelming and they’re not seasoned in any way. It also lacked cheese, which further emphasized how flavorless the pizza was. I was starving, and I wasn’t motivated to finish the slice. I will definitely stick to the regular pizza slices on my next visit.

Great place for a late night slice. Typically also some good people watching. Good imaginative pizza. Ate up stairs for the first time last week. Watch out for the portion size. You could feed an army with some tasty food. Meatball appetizer was fantastic. Could have used a little more seasoning, but I guess that’s what the red pepper flakes in the table are for.

This is a great place to stop by before heading to a concert on colfax. I was able to get a glass of wine upstairs and sit and eat our pizza while people watching. Overall very smooth and great pizza.

Oh how I love this place! It’s quick, affordable, there are tons of options and(best of all) it’s delicious! Being from out of town, it’s sometimes tough to find somewhere to eat quickly in between other plans but Sliceworks definitely made it easy for me when I was attending a concert at the Fillmore Auditorium across the street. So easy that I legitimately grabbed pizza from here three times within 24 hours! That also goes back to how good the good is. I tried multiple different slices(the baked potato & white pizza were my favorite), one of their spinach wheels(huge!) and the garlic knots. All the food was excellent and is great to grab on your way back to the hotel room so you aren’t stuck ordering sub-par, overpriced room service food.

Super impressed with this place! First time in today, I was greeted very sweetly and given samples of cheese pizza while I took a minute to decide. Surprisingly they had a lot more options than I expected, even some more creative things like the Baked Potato Pizza and an Oktoberfest Pizza with sauerkraut, brats etc?! Everything looked delicious and well presented. The sample slice they gave me was killer, and I ended up ordering a Stuffed Veggie, a Stuffed Meat and 2 Garlic Knots. They were even nice enough to through in a 3rd Garlic Knot just because! :) Everything was perfect. the stuffed pizzas were so nicely crispy on the outside and the garlic knots were absolutely delightful. Wow. Usually I’m not even a huge pizza fan but this place is next level. The customer service was great, the restaurant is clean and welcoming, and you will definitely not be let down by the food here.

Sliceworks excels in both food and service. We don’t live nearby, but my family and I come here about once a month when we’re in the area going to a museum. The pizza is tasty and they have so much variety. They bring you out a sample piece as you’re sitting down, and I’ve gotten to like some of the other pizza flavors because of that. The slices are really reasonably priced and huge. The don’t make a big deal about splitting a slice for the kids. My favorite kind is the Chili slice(the perfect spice level — even for someone like me who doesn’t like food too spicy). Their main entrees and salads are really good too. They also have a handful of really good beers on tap that taste perfect with the pizza. The service, as I mentioned above, is great. The servers always are really helpful and provide great, quick service. This is especially appreciated with two small kids. Great place!

Over the course of 4 days in Denver, I think we were in Sliceworks like 4 different times. It may have even been 5+ish. .Denver days do have that tendency to get a little foggy. Point being, despite many other new options to explore, after that first slice we just kept gravitating back to Sliceworks — where else can you get a slice of grape-jelly-drizzled jalapeño popper pizza at all, much less at 3:00 a.m.?? Bar upstairs with a decent little beer list, great little patio perfect for people watching, super nice staff, open LATE, AND ridiculously delicious pasta, pizza, and real-deal Italian ice. LOVE it!

Service was great here. I didn’t have to wait long for dine-in service. While I was deciding what to eat they gave me free samples of their Garlic Knots and it was pretty good. I had a hard time decided which slice I wanted because it all looked good. I had two slices — one Tomato Pesto and one White Pizza. They give huge slices of pizza and it definitely hit the spot.

Sliceworks is probably the best pizza-by-the-slice I’ve had in the Denver area. Definitely the best in Denver itself(side note: I’m from New York so I’m quite the pizza snob). I also really love that they have garlic knots — which are really good. The sauce for the garlic knots, however, is sub-par, so next time I’ll just eat them without dipping. The space downstairs is often fairly crowded, but if you’re willing to wait a tad longer, you can get table service upstairs, where they have the same menu(and then some, I think) plus a full bar. It’s really nice up there, with its view of Colfax, and even better on summer nights, when they open the windows.

Had dinner here last night with a friend, pretty damn good pizza. They even offer a gluten-free pie for those of us who can’t have gluten for whatever reason. I was also very impressed. I ordered a gluten-free green chile pizza. After a short time one of the cooks came out to our table and informed me that though the pizza was gluten-free the green chiles were not, as they used flour to thicken the sauce. Way to go the extra mile and bring that to my attention, I’ll definitely be going back here again. So if you are gluten intolerant, might want to stay away from the green chiles.

Sliceworks is a little slice of heaven, if like me you feel like you’re in heaven while you are enjoying some delicious, cheesy pizza slices. We often stop here for a quick lunch, or after browsing around at the next-door Argonaut liquor store. Any excuse really is a good reason for Sliceworks pizza. Here’s what I didn’t know the first time I visited: these slices are HUGE. If I don’t go here for a while or if i arrive particularly famished, I always think I need two slices. I don’t — ever. One slice is plenty for a normal sized human, however since they offer slices in so many different styles and varieties, I still sometimes get two just because they’re so delicious. Besides, there’s nothing wrong with taking a little pizza home for later. It’s still delicious heated up the next day — if you make it that long.

After running some errands in this Neighborhood, Hubs and I decide to purchase some Pizza from this establishment TOGO aka TAKEAWAY. Thankfully we managed to find a parking spot, behind this establishment which share its parking location with some other business listings. Anyhoos, from their extensive Menu, we opt what is available since Hubs just want to «get done with it» aka ordering the Pizza. From what I could recall we opt to have the following : * Special Pizza Of The Month which if I could recall properly was something with Jalapeño«Popper» Pizza * Green Chili — housemade green chili sauce and mozzarella * White Pizza — seasoned ricotta, mozzarella and parmigiano Each Pizza Slice cost was $ 4.00. We opt to have 2 Slices EACH from the Special Pizza Of The Month, The White Pizza and the Green Chili Pizza. Once we order our Pizza, the staffs put our order and some other Patrons order in their PIZZAOVEN, and this took like about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting time. Maybe next time, we would just ask to pack it in the Box, WITHOUT Pre-Heating the Pizza. This recent visit was on TUESDAY October 7th2014. Time was about 20:00hrs ish. When we got home, Hubs nuke the Pizza in the Microwave for several seconds, though I prefer the OVEN to do the heating, here is our VERDICT. Hubs like the Green Chili Slice as his Favorite. Same goes to me. I am OK with both the White and Special Pizza Slice Of The Month. The Specials comes with that Jalapeño Berry Jam of somekind. Hence the Pizza is somewhat spicy and sweet at the same time. As for the White Pizza, its like OVERLOADED with Cheese since it was seasoned with ricotta, mozzarella and parmigiano. Those White Pizza received our least favorite. YES, there are plenty of seating upstairs and some downstairs. I think we would stick downstairs. To return MAYBE so, coz both Hubs and I would like to order more stuffs from their Menu and perhaps from there our review might differ. SLICEWORKS 700 E.
