They’re really passionate about what they do and have a huge selection. Once we bought the bike we realized we needed another size frame, and then ran into some technical issues with the new bike sent out from the manufacturer. Through the whole process Tom bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after, and loaned us a great bike to use while waiting for our replacement. Tom’s a class act.

Great selection of ebikes. I recently purchased a Stromer st1 from Tom. The bike is awesome and we love it.
Also they have a superb mechanic, zack. Excellent to go business with, very professional.
