Probably the best sandwich you will ever eat. Yes, even if you’re from the Northeast. Try the Italian, Turkey, Prime Rib or anything really. Lots of Veggie options. Laid-back hippy/hipster vibe with great music playing. The staff is super friendly. Since these sammies are superb you will have to wait a little longer than at your stupid sub-par corporate assembly line sandwich shop but it’s worth it! The only drawback is that they get extremely busy at lunchtime… because they are that good. Who wants to eat at an empty restaurant? I get the feeling this location is soo busy it has outgrown it’s facilities and could use an upgrade!

Best Sammy’s in Boulder. Cool local funky atmosphere. Love the crazy non corporate artwork. First ate at the location on Pearl. Glad to see them expanding.

Snarf’s never seems to be able to deliver even though they offer it. Every time I try to set up an order they’re always too busy. Here’s a thought — maybe you shouldn’t offer a delivery service if you can’t accommodate the request. This has happens to me one to many times. There customer service sucks as well! They just lost a customer!

I love the sandwiches here but invariably they get my sandwich order wrong!!! Their service is so slow at peak times and the sandwich makers are pretty ambivalent to getting orders out quickly and correctly. I have to think twice about going here. Especially if I am hungry.

It’s good if they ever get your order right. Double check takeout. 90% of the time it’s wrong. Like forgot to put any veggies on wrong.

I had the Artichoke and Feta — with everything — Woah — The toasted does make a difference, and the specialties are BIG! Staff was friendly, food was great. I’d love it if they could get some umbrellas on their little patio — i would love to enjoy my new most favorite sandwich in the world under an umbrella and watch the world go by!

Tried this place on a whim around 9:30pm when another nearby sub spot happened to be closed… and I’m glad that it was because now I discovered the goodness of Snarfs! I’m a vegetarian so I had fears that the veggie options would be on the plain side, but that was not the case at all. The vegetarian sub with avocado, provolone and sprouts was delicious, i’ll definitely be back. **For what its worth, something tells me the only difference between the 5″ and 7″ is the price .i went with the 5″ and it was like any typical ½ foot sub.

The prime rib sandwich with [whatever moves you] is good enough that I haven’t tried much of anything else in three years. However, the online ordering app needs attention… real soon.

Amazing sammy, but shovel or snowblow your driveway! I’ve got a full belly, but cold, wet feet!

I just moved here and am hooked! I lobe the roast beef but the meat ball is also incredible! The bread is great too! I really want to try the other sandwiches but can’t pull myself away from the roast beef. It’s that good! Great friendly staff and nice atmosphere if you are dining in.

Your Italian sub saved me on countless mornings. My favorite place for sandwiches in the Denver area. :)

I had the roast beef and provolone with hot peppers. Delicious sandwich. Prices were fair for the quality and amount of food you get. I also had the macaroni salad and it was just okay, not near as good as the sandwich. If I am in the area, I will definitely be grabbing a sandwich here again.

Cons: very little meat and cheese, added toppings that I didn’t request Pros: quality of the food; the quantity of each element of the sandwich was out of whack but everything was definitely fresh

I guess I am just not sure what the hype is. I have eaten here numerous times over the years and it is definitely not a bad sandwich by any stretch(although I have had a couple that are), but that being said it is nothing special or out of the ordinary. The sandwiches have good flavor but there is not enough meat in my opinion to make me a big fan. I like that it is right down the street from my condo and you can order online so no waiting, otherwise you could wait a while. I know many people who love the place but I can’s say that myself, but I will still eat here on occasion. Worth a try you may dig it.

I’m in here all the time for a quick lunch during the workday. Don’t think about it, just go! Especially if you’re an outta-towner and haven’t had snarfs before. My favorites: Italian with hot peppers Prime Rib French Dip Smoked Brisket Huge sandwiches and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great little sandwich place near cheeseman! The bread was so good. We got the rotisserie chicken sand & it was delish. I give them 3 stars because the place wasn’t that clean & the music was reeeally loud. Totally going back though.

Eh so my last review posted before I finished it. What I wanted to say was that though I don’t necessarily care about sandwiches — but snares always has good, hearty toasted sandwiches. Service at this location gets a bit slow during peak times. If you are there during rush, be sure to CHECKYOURSANDWICH when they call your order. I went there recently w two friends and after I realized they switched my order — which they promptly fixed — my friend didn’t double check her sandwich and we didn’t realize that her meal got screwed up too until we’d already gone home.

Food is ok but apparently all of their delivery staff have broken legs. They won’t deliver east of Colorado, are you kidding me. Well their loss, delivery person could have made an instant $ 20 cash tip. When we were there last we asked about delivery to the 8000 block of E 11th and was told«No problem!» Guess it actually is a problem. Fuck SNARF’S and their broken legs.

This place is an embarrassment to sandwiches, and to Capital Hill. Where to start? First, the ingredients used in the sandwich are about the quality I would expect from a Subway, to which I would also assign just one star. The difference between Subway and Snarfs is that Snarfs charges a premium price. So I guess zero stars would probably be more appropriate. The staff is indifferent to customers, and the restaurant typically is cleaned to the extent you would expect from employees who hastily drag a dry mop across the floor once so that they can hurry home to smoke weed. Further, the«sandwich line» is typically littered with the filth of every other sandwich they made during the day, which results in your sandwich containing residue of every ingredient existing in the shop as it is carelessly dragged across the line. I’m writing this review specifically to provide a counterweight to all the existing delusional 5 star reviews. Also, I live in the neighborhood, and would like Snarfs to be replaced with pretty much any other restaurant so that I can have somewhere tolerable to eat.

This is a definite Unilocal success story! I am from Los Angeles and was buying sandwiches for my wife and I on our way to the airport. Decided to get an egg plant Parmesan sandwich to share at Snarfs & an Italian to take on the plane. The eggplant was delicious with flavorful eggplant complimented with zesty red sauce. All this smothered with hot and stringy cheese. My wife and both ate more than we wanted as the portion of the«medium» size was generous. In fact, we were so full, we did not eat the other sandwich on the flight. the potential of the quality of the sandwich gnawed on my mind after I got home from the flight. Once home I sampled a quarter of the large sandwich. This too proved to be one of the great sandwiches of my life. Despite several hours, a two thousand mile flight and an hour more to get home, in the late evening and being just a tad tired(due to the delay in me eating the sandwich not in the making of it) it was full of great flavor on a delicious wheat roll. I’m born and raised here in the USA. Eat sandwiches pretty much daily. These were two of the best I have consumed. Can’t exaggerate how delicious these were. I’m coming back the next time I’m in Denver. Hell, I might just come back for the sandwich.

I have some very high expectations for sandwiches(see Zingerman’s review). Snarf’s is quickly becoming my go to place here in Denver. Is it a fancy schmancy deli? NO. But what they do right is having delicious crusty bread, great combos of meats and cheeses, and plenty of toppings. Plus, sandwiches come in 3 sizes(5″, 7″ and 12″) which works well for if you’re regular hungry, very hungry, or just want to share a sandwich with a friend. Even better? They DELIVER. Yes, that’s right… and also unfortunate for my waist line.

Ok, So I don’t low why I haven’t been to Snarf’s. Friends RAVE about it and I live nearly 3 blocks away and finally decided to go with my friend. We were lucky to go after lunch and the wait time was nearly 5 mins, quick and delicious 7″ sub. I’m normally not a huge fan of sandwiches(especially something that I can make at home) but there’s sometime to Snarf’s what makes me want to go back sooner than later.
