Simply awesome. Sara really knows her stuff, and the day after my first treatment my body is so happy! My stress is way down, my soreness is gone, and I am finding it easier to concentrate at work. A+!

I have had 3 massages with Sarah, owner and holistic healer. She is wonderful in knowing what is going on with your body but also your emotions. She goes beyond in giving of her skills and passion. You won’t be disappointed. She offers an array of options.

this place is a great little secret in the highlands neighborhood, though, i have known about it since it opened (lucky for me!!!) the space is small and inviting, very cozy. it smells great (which for me is a necessity for a good massage or relaxing experience) and the music is always very calming. everyone there is always very friendly. sarah is a great massage therapist!!! i try to see her as often as possible! she is very knowledgeable about not only your typical bodywork, but also other varieties of holistic care. can you get unique and different kinds of massages like lomi lomi, but you can also get energy work (reiki), cranial sacral work, and even take classes to learn more about the chakras, your intuitive self and how to do your own energy work. they may even do «floating» but i am not sure… i have always been curious about that… i often buy gifts for people with their gift certificates, and all of my friends rave about the experience.
i took a basic chakra class, learning how to open up the chakras, and it was great. i walked away with a better understanding of each of the chakras, and with the ability to open them up in order to be more balanced in my day to day life.
