The ice Coffe was not flavored enough with the Vanilla/Carmel I requested and i had to ask for more twice on all three visits HOWEVER this turned out to be minor compared to what happened on my final visit; While drinking my coffee i began to feel dizzy and nausiated. There was a Walgreens accross so i wrote a quick note that i would be right back and went accross the street. Long story short i passed out in Walgreens and when i came to i informed many my purse etc. was at Starbucks but no one ever pickedit up. So the next day i went to retreive it. I was told that my property had been placed outside on the sidewalk?! After i recovered from the shock i went and looked and didnt see it(crying by now all my money ID Credit Cards etc. I believed were gone) so i went back in and was redirected to check the very end of the sidewalk, which was under construction and there it was… what was left if it. Starbycks was and still is very unapologetic about it all. They claim it is a health code violation to keep anything they find although their original excuse right after i picked it up out of the contruction zone was the are cannot be responsible for anyone’s property. I got the owners # called no return call yet and its been over a week. Iam thinking of calling a news station. Many details left out such as remarks(outragous) made by employees as we bantered about this situation. All I can say is don’t ever leave anything behind at Starbucks, I suggest taking your stuff with you even if your just getting a refill! Thanks for letting me SHARE!

This Starbucks has a great staff! They crank out the orders, are very friendly and keep the place pretty clean. Parking usually isn’t an issue — not the most seating but a great staff and quick stop to grab a cup.

Stopped at this Starbucks today & Chase took our order. He was really nice, upbeat and funny & he made my kids laugh. Starbucks did a great job hiring this guy!

Wow. Is this place legendary? No. Will the baristas go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets a «third place» experience? No. We stopped in for an espresso(desiring this in a «for here» glass because(1) the drink tastes different in a paper cup — not a good different and(2) a «for here» cup does not waste a tall cup!)… Here’s what went down: My boyfriend orders a tall espresso — it’s obvious he is not well versed in ordering this drink we consumed in Italy(a drink that was always served in a demitasse cup /the place that gave Howard the idea of Starbucks…). So the barista at the register says double? Once that is confirmed, the drink starts — but he wants it «for here.» Instead of accommodating the customer — she says, «Too late.» I said, «the correct answer was, „Yes“.» She begins to proceed with an excuse that they cannot make this drink for here because they don’t have the saucers for this cup. Sorry barista, we are paying a premium for the drink and the experience, not excuses. Wow.

This is the Starbucks closest to my work, and as the current Duchess, I should probably review it. I didn’t used to like coffee; in fact, I still don’t love it. But occasionally, I need a burst of energy, so I come here to grab coffee for myself and sometimes my coworkers. Generally, this place has enough indoor and outdoor space for a quick meeting any time of day, and their food case usually has what I want. The reason this location stands out is because their staff is really excellent — always in a great mood, they remember me, they’re friendly about special requests, and they seem to generally want to please the customers. I really like this location and my familiarity with it stops me from heading to «craft coffee» shops in the area.

This is the closest one to our house — getting to it can be a pain during some traffic times. The staff isn’t the friendliest, but the coffee is consistent. I have found that this Starbucks is a difficult one to sit down and get work done due to the odd layout to the store.

The only thing one gets from Starbucks is consistency, ensuring that no matter where you go in the world, you will get the same burnt, overpriced dreck. Starbucks is the McDonalds of the coffee world. If your caffeine monkey is more important to you than your appreciation of great coffee flavor and aroma, and you’ve money to burn, then Starbucks is your place. Of course, there are many, many far better alternatives around the neighborhood.

Can be a tough location to get to, depending on where you’re coming from. Nice place — your average ‘bucks.

Starbucks was clean, barista was friendly and chatty, always a pleasure. Drink was consistent with all the other Starbucks I frequent. Solid three star experience.

I had written a 2 star review of the Starbucks on 38th a couple of months ago and said that trip to Starbucks would be my last. But who am I kidding? When it’s 6am and I need a coffee fix, Starbucks is the only game in town… or at least the Highlands, and this is the Starbucks I always select. Why do I choose this location? Sure it’s the most convenient, but there’s another reason. I also mentioned in my last review that the three in S’bucks in the Highlands are in competition for the worst customer service, and that wasn’t really fair. See, while I have had some pretty bad customer service experiences at this location, there is one gentleman who has worked there since I moved to the area a year ago and he is always genuinely friendly, always prompt and always remembers what drinks I like and don’t. He’s also tolerated my grumpies when I have come in with no caffeine. I also remember him as the one barista there that tried to help me get an exchange/refund on a holiday gift when I didn’t have a receipt. I’m still pretty miffed about them not even allowing an exchange on what was obviously a gift at xmas time last season, that has forever changed my view on Starbucks, but that’s another story for another time… I feel bad that I don’t know this barista’s name(I’m pretty sure he’s the manager), but he’s a great guy and he gets 5 stars from me. If you’re there first thing in the morning, he’s the guy with the stretched ear lobes and a smile on his face.
