Starbucks has become a big part of my life. I totally love this location for a number of reasons. I go to many of them in the Denver area(and have been to Starbucks internationally and in many US states as well). This one is as good as it gets! The staff are generally in tip top spirits and are helpful and fast. The lines are managed well, and the space’s interior has pretty decent seating options. Of course, I’d still love the inside and, even more so, the parking lot, to be larger, but considering this was a very-well-remodeled Popeye’s Chicken, it’s amazing. Located in the heart of one of Denver’s largest Jewish communities, you might not realize you’re in the midst of «the tribe», who often hang out there in numbers. Really, it’s welcoming and fun for everyone, and I stop whenever I can. I’d come in at least 3 more times a month if there were more parking — like another reviewer, I’ve had to leave due to no parking spaces several times. But not enough to keep me away!

Took a really long time(7 – 10 minutes) to get through the drive through for an iced coffee. This was at 5pm so it wasn’t packed. Employee was friendly but didn’t seem concerned with moving things along. Not worth it especially with so many other Starbucks close by.

This Starbucks is great. The costumer service is flawless, and everyone is really nice. Also, they spelled my name correctly.

With the friendliest staff in the world, this Starbucks oozes character. The hospitality the baristas show to the high school students who make it their primary hangout place is commendable. Not to mention quick service, good coffee, and comfortable(although often not quite abundant enough) furniture. Kudos to the new manager(or some other leadership position. Her name is AJ, I think)! Her arrival signified a culture shift that really improved the location.

Full disclosure, any Bux with a drive-thru that gives me a solid coffee beverage is entitled to at least 4-stars. I have been to this one on occasion over the last couple years. I have had consistently good beverages, and fine service here. The line moves fairly fast considering how busy it can be. The location is on the north side of Leetsdale. From a «coffee place with a drive-thru» perspective, this is the correct placement. Since the bulk of business is the morning rush, you want most customers to be making a a right turn into your establishment. This makes sense. The problem is that this(like so many other places) can be a victim of its own popularity. There are 15 regular, and 2 handicap parking spaces(thank you Google Earth). The drive through hugs the building, and the parking spaces are around the periphery(like the petals on a flower). There is one way in, and one way out, and this parking lot does not connect to any others. So, piece of advice, if the line of cars is reaching to the street(and it frequently is) you are better off not pulling in. If you do, and do not manage to get a parking spot, you are now disrupting the flow of the line, as well as cars trying to get back onto Leetsdale. I made the mistake the other day of trying to make a left hand turn from Leetsdale(and this was in the afternoon). The drive-thru was almost empty when I started my turn, but was 4 cars deeper by the time I eventually pulled into line. Anyway, this is way more«traffic flow» info than is probably needed, but that is really the Achilles heel of this particular location.

I go to this Starbucks 3 – 4 time a week. It’s very convenient for me since it’s on the way to work. I normally do the drive thru but if there’s parking(which is rare) then I’ll go inside. Almost everyone working there has no personality. I’m always nice but it’s like they are zombies. Hello you work at a coffee shop, perk up people. One time I was inside waiting for my drink, standing near the syrup bottles. The barista was pouring chai into a cup and it it me in the face. She saw it happen and didn’t say a word. I was so embarrassed and taken back. There is also a girl who works the drive thru and she is so rude. Take a espresso shot lady and put a smile on your face! There are 2 really nice people who work there. The young girl with black hair and the tall guy with glasses. They are always friendly. The coffee is always good, but that’s a given. This review is more about their customer service or lack there of!

I feel like they cant get you a decent coffee like other Starbucks. I tried this place couple times but every time my drink wasn’t as good as other branches.

I absolutely love the location. It is very convenient for me because I can stop by before or after the gym. There are a few cons though. The parking lot is way too small. It is a miracle that I can ever find a spot! Plus one barista always seems to be snappy and grumpy. She is the short chubby one with shortish hair. I don’t know what her deal is. Some of the other ones seem to be a bit depressed. I always try to be nice to everyone, but this crew just doesn’t reciprocate.

Any drive thru Starbucks gets a thumbs up from me. I’m lazy and I want my coffee and Starbucks won’t judge me or give me a dirty look. My drink is made to my liking and my barista(s) have large personalities and big smiles. Love them all!

I love having the location down the street from me. Not just because it’s a drive thru, which often it’s faster to park and go inside… true statement but it’s the staff. Every time I go there, whether inside or drive thru, the staff is friendly, remembers me and my dog, and are engaging. The décor inside is welcoming and cozy. The«normal» coffee shop décor of table and chairs are there but going around the corner from the Barista stop is a cozy place to read a book, newspaper or catch up with some friends.

Drive through here and a unique little area with couches that is elevated a little lower than the store. Enough seating room. You’ll definitely see a lot of people taking advantage of the drive-through if you come in the morning.

Great location mostly due in part to their drive through. I’ve been here a few times on the way to work and they served me with a venti dose of swift with an extra shot of perky, just what I need in the morning. One evening I decided to actually go in to see what it was like and it’s small with no one in there. This may be my new Starbucks to actually go in and sit since it seems like everyone opts to use the drive through.

um, the clusterf*ck drive-thru(note: I had to pull in to the lot twice, drive around, pull back into heavy leetsdale traffic just to get drive thru service — I wanted to go inside, but there was no parking and the 1 space I thought I was waiting for, was actually someone who had just left their car in front of the dumpster… not a parking space at all) is enough to make me never get coffee again. the end

I don’t even drink coffee but I love Starbucks! This location stays busy during the«peak» times and the drive thru line can back up out on the street. If you have a chance to hang out inside, you will find it spacious yet cozy, with lots of comfortable seating and nice artwork. The employees are always upbeat and very friendly. This Starbucks location is my first choice for chai tea and a bacon Gouda sandwich.

This particular location is super popular for its drive-thru. But I must say, the interior of the store is pretty awesome, if you’re looking to relax at the store proper. Each time I’ve driven by this Starbucks, I’ve wondered what it would look like inside because it appears so tiny. But lo, it has quite a neat space: two levels(which makes this place seem large), plenty of comfy chairs to kick back and read, and plenty of tables for study groups. Another A-OK location for Starbucks.

I love Starbucks. This is not a review of Starbucks Corporation, but rather Starbucks on Leetsdale. The people that take your order are exceptionally douchy, which I could get over if they made their drinks with the consistency and flavor that every other starbucks INTHEWORLD manages. Java Chip… not really. White chocolate mocha… they forgot to stir… Pumpkin Spice… tastes off. I’m done taking chances.

Terribly slow, wrong beverage delivered. This is unfortunately one of the worst Starbucks i have visited. I love Starbucks, but I wont be visiting this one again. There were at least 6 workers fluttering around and it took over 10 minutes to get our drinks and my drink was wrong. They had to remake my drink which added more time to our wait. My friend had only ordered an unsweeted green tea and it took longer than my latte to get completed. The drive thru appeared to move faster than the inside line, but i wont be going again to check that theory out.
