They serve the cross dressing and transgender community. I’m a closet CD. I was in Denver on business and went shopping in drab, looking for a pair of stilettos. I was a bit nervous but they made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I tried on several pair, bought one and ordered another. First time ever I have heels that are comfortable and fit properly! I ordered a second pair and can’t wait to pick them up on my next trip.
I was short on time but had a quick look at the lingerie and dresses. I’m going to spend a lot more time there the next time I’m in Denver and probably a lot more money.

This is the best place in Denver to get the CUTEST & MOST ORIGINAL sexy outfits.
Other stores tend to have the same generic stuff/​brands you see all the time, but this place is different… The staff is all incredibly nice and helpful! Studio Lites has unique accessories, one-​of-​a-​kind pieces, and discontinued vintage items. I found a pair of rare 90’s clunky heels here, as well as cocktail dresses I haven’t seen in similar stores/​websites. They also have wigs! Many for cosplay/​costume and some realistic ones that people think is my actual hair. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, they have everything you could possibly need.

My best friend was having a Halloween party and I chose to go as him. This required a fake beard and heels. The former was easily attained at a pop-​up costume shop, the latter was more difficult as my shoe size is 11.5. I found this establishment to be perfectly accommodating of my needs and I found the perfect footwear to emulate my friend. The staff was helpful and friendly. The sales terms were clearly stated (you cannot return the shoes.) The parking was plentiful as they have their own lot in the rear. Overall it was a quick, amiable, and affordable shopping experience. I would recommend them due to their professionalism and friendliness.

I love this place I have to give it to the two owners they really work hard and know their work !!! They have everything from dance wear wigs shoes makeup jewelry everything you can think of and with the best help!!! everybody there is very professional.

This is by far one of the coolest places in Denver! They have an ENORMOUS selection of wigs, shoes, undies, costume jewelry and makeup! Excellent selection of rare and gorgeous shadows from Ben Nye. I really love the guys who own these stores, they’re very helpful and they know exactly what you need when you go into see them (Even if you don’t) I recommend this place for Halloween– they have an unbelievable I mean UNBELIEVABLE selection of sexy costumes. So whatever you fancy, I suggest going in and at least purchasing a sexy outfit — you never know when you need to get your sexy on …

I just had a great experience here with all of the staff members. I came in to buy a wig for my Halloween wig party, and I really enjoyed every staff member here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming to the store, and they all gave great input on the different wigs I was looking at for myself. I went in thinking I wanted a long red wig, and the lovely woman helping me, pointed out a new fabulous white and pink wig that looked much better with my complexion. I went home with the white and pink instead and I never would have tried it on with out her help. The store really amps up their Halloween wig selection in October, and they are all great quality, I highly suggest visiting the store if you’re in search for an amazing wig! Thanks Studio Lites!

Its my last day visiting here in Denver so I wanted to check out some dancer/​hair stores before my departure back to the West coast. Studio Lites has a back lot for parking with ppl plenty of space. I was greeted by two friendly gentlmen. I browsed around for a few minutes (not being harrassed like many of the asain wig shops in LA). And then a sales associate helped me find the length/​color I was looking for and had me out in a breeze. Standard prices, nice selection, PLENTY of drag makeup. Small assortment of dancer wear. Mainly wigs. Prices from 60.00 +. Theres also a budget friendly section. All hair pieces are synthetic. Overall, if I were a Denver resident I would return, since im not… enjoyed stopping in.

This is the place to go in Denver for wigs. I went Flossy McGrews and there selection was small and plasticky looking. These wigs are beautiful! They are a little more expensive but it is well worth it. There is a $ 5 fee to try them on if you don’t buy, just something to keep in mind (probably to keep folks who aren’t serious about buying from trying a ton on) but I was seriously looking for a show and I found the perfect wig. They also carry stockings, hair decorations feathers, shoes, and other miscellaneous costumey pieces and they are super nice! Check ‘em out.

Yay!!! I love this place… and I’ve only been once! I was in desperate need of some fishnet stockings… and I wanted plus size ones… they are a bit more comfortable for my bubbly booty.
I had driven to the Crypt… who apparently cut down most of their plus size panty hose and products. :(And Fashion Nation doesn’t have any plus size panty hose, at least not the fishnets I needed. So I was like… damn! Then I remembered this random building, that honestly from the outside looks closed down, but my gay friend said they are open and have lots of stuff (I called him for advice on my fishnet emergency! lol).
So I pop over right at 6… shit! Almost closing time! I walked in, in a rush and the guy says… you just made it… lol. I said whew! I need fishnets! lol… and this tranny was soooooooo amazingly helpful! Showed me the panty hose and recommended a sturdy brand… I then looked over and saw a ENORMOUS line of wigs!!! I love love love… wigs! They were soooo kind and even let me try a wig on!
This place is the Bees Knees! Great for anyone who wants to get super dolled up, which I am guilty of! Want a wig… look here! They also had a variety of corsets and stripper garb. lol.
Plus size girls… try getting your panty hose here, since most places stopped accomedating us.

I have driven by this wig shop hundreds of times since living in Denver and always thought I need to stop by there. So, finally I did. True, I had already passed the place, which resulted in a sweet U-​Turn move to get back there, but I was determined to get in there, people. When I walked in I felt like that music that signifies you’re in heaven in movies should have played. You know, the choir of people making a sound that’s almost an «aha!»?
This place is serious about their wigs. They have the real thing that you’d use if you were losing your hair for medical reasons as well as the costume type. They have every color from purple to hot pink to browns, blacks and blondes. They have every length you could ever want from cute little bobs to the middle of your back. But, I was there for one reason and one reason only. I needed a mullet for an upcoming party.
True, they only offered one mullet styled wig here, but I have a sneaking suspicion it’s because no other mullet compares. This thing is available in all regular hair colors. The «party in the back» goes all the way to the middle of my back. The «business front» is actually still kind of a party with its short spikes. I feel like Pat Benatar in all her fine 80s glory when I put this thing on. It’s splendid.
They also sell a wide variety of stockings, (very) high heels, fake lashes and «sexy» costumes. And earrings. Of course I bought some and they are rad. The owner also told me that they change the whole store up for Halloween and focus on selling costumes around September. I’m sure I’ll be back to check it out. You should go, too.
