My experience with SunShare has been nothing short of amazing… by amazing I mean fast, easy, savings, and sustainable. Rooftop solar was simply not a financial viable solution nor was the capability of our roof to hold panels, but when I learned of SunShare’s community solar garden I was totally on board. No out-of-pocket expenses. I signed up in my PJs and it took about 10 minutes in total. Now I can save on electricity costs every month, plus offset my coal and gas usage. A no-brainer. I never felt any pressure from them.

I’ve had SunShare since their first solar garden opened. It seems to work as advertised– I get a credit on my utility bill every month. But they almost never give out any information about how much power was generated in a month, either in total or per panel. So, it’s pretty much impossible to get a good picture of how it’s all working. It’s like a black box, you sign up and you get utility bill credits, but you almost never know what’s actually going on.
