Supercuts

The last time I went into this place, I asked for a summer cut that was fairly short. Unfortunately, the result wasn’t ideal. Lines were quite visible where one guard was switched to the next, and were unfortunately not as apparent in the late afternoon light as I sat in the chair. I returned the next day and they were great about quickly fixing it, and while I ended up with essentially a high & tight, I was in the Navy long enough to be fine with that look.
The latest visit, I had a very short window. I called ahead to see if there was any sort of wait. «There is no wait at all — come on over» was their exact words. I told them I would be there in 3 minutes. I was apparently there in 4 minutes and lost my spot…
I my frustration, I wrote a harsh review, and within a couple of hours, the owner was quick to get back to me hoping to make the situation right. That speaks volumes to me, and as I think about the many visits there, most of the time it was a reliable, good hair cut. I will continue to frequent this location for another few months at which point the bald spot on the top of my head will be bad enough that it won’t matter anymore, and I’ll just do my own hair with a weed whacker, a lighter and some hair spray.
Friendly staff, clean establishment, and a good owner who cares and responds to feedback.

I just got my haircut by Kendra Jenkins. Very good. I will continue to go as long and she is there.

I really like this location. The service has always been good and the premises clean but the people make it really special. Stacey the manager is nice and friendly. The last two haircuts I’ve received have been from Drea and she did a wonderful job both times. She’s very down to earth and is a great listener to my request.
I look forward to going back.

Sara & Stacy are awesome! Completely entertained me with great conversation the entire time I was receiving a perfect haircut. They’re thorough, and both do an amazing job. I’ll be definitely coming back here again.

I first walked in to this Supercuts last year because I needed a haircut and it’s in my neighborhood. But, what a pleasant surprise! I’ve had four haircuts over the last year, and all of them were done by Stacy, so that’s the only person I can review for their hair cutting skills.
Every time I go in the store it’s clean and they’re all welcoming. Stacy has the perfect customer service to balance listening to what I want to do with my hair, and also giving me suggestions on what would look good on me. She’s conversational during the cut, but not too chatty or prying. There’s never any pressure to buy products or add in services. I love all the cuts I’ve had there, and am faithful to this Supercuts and Stacy!

Stacy, the salon manager, took a considerable amount of time and expertise to fix the previous, really bad, haircut my curly-​haired son had gotten and went a step further to boost his esteem by trimming his whacky curly brows. We’ll be back!

I’m sorry Tracey T. felt she got poor service. I have been to this location several times and have received great service. Stacy is always so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Anything I ask her to do she does with a smile and she anticipates what I want or need. She is professional and consistently asks what I want before she provides any service. I enjoy the experience and always feel better when I leave. I am sold on Supercuts and will return again… and again… and again.

Poor service, actually unpleasant. Wont return
