Swatch Store

I have a thing about fashion sales associates. They are so DESPERATE to get involved in your shopping experience and really, without doing a Vulcan mind meld, it seems very difficult to summon the energy to convey a lifetime’s worth of taste, inspiration and dislikes in an attempt to describe what you are looking for. So please, let me look around and I’ll ask a question if I need to. These guys bug and bug and bug you. Very polite and all of that, but they wouldn’t leave me alone, no matter what I said, to just browse and make my mind up.
Good selection of merchandise and well laid out. But get ready to answer all of their non stop questions.

Man when I stepped in this SWATCH store, Alexander, the Sales Associate remembers me! WOWZA! He is indeed a doll to work with… He answers all my questions, not forgetting the Manager too. From all the SWATCH watches galore and now knowing the fact that I can just order any SWATCH watches be it, the ones I saw online or from other SWATCH Markets, aka The European market, they can bring it to the store for me! SCORE!!!
Thank you SWATCH from the service you provide and the kind of watches that you offer that I can purchase. With this recent visit since I had a GIFT CARD I needed to use, I got myself a brand new SWATCH SCUBA Watch Chromatic Water that I have been eyeing for ages. Many returns needed coz another SWATCH Watch is calling my name soon!

Amazing service. I have a swatch blackie and the clasp would not shut due to the bracelet being too small. I called and the friendly person told me to come by. She installed 3 links gave me a spare and didn’t charge me. Since I had my 4 year old son with me he ended up with is first swatch :)… Keep up the fantastic service.

I’ve been purchasing and wearing Swatch watches since 1991, but have never been in a dedicated Swatch store, previously buying my watches from department stores who had them on display. The selection at the Cherry Creek Swatch store is truly impressive… visiting the store is like visiting a modern art museum.
My eye was caught by a particular watch, however I wasn’t a fan of the particular leather strap attached to the watch. I wanted to buy a different strap, but there weren’t any in stock at this location. Stacey, the woman who waited on me, made some phone calls and found a silicone rubber strap which I DID like at another Swatch store. She arranged for the second strap to be sent to Cherry Creek, and sold along with my watch. She even changed out the straps so I could wear it immediately (and I still have the leather strap in the box).
The experience was so positive that I went back a week or so later and purchased a second Swatch as a gift for my wife.
