Swoozies

Went here after ordering a beautiful planner from their website. Loved the selection online and decided to treat myself to something else from the store. Came in and browsed for about 10 minutes, waiting to ask a question while the two employees complained about another. Once they ended their conversation, neither bothered to acknowledge me and seemed to actively avoid eye contact. I walked out.

I can’t even begin to tell you how awful the customer service is here. I will be paying an additional $ 10 to have the item shipped to me from the company itself because I will not give swoozies a dollar.

The store was very cute and had a lot of FUN items. The two ladies working did not acknowledge my sister and I’s presence in the store. No one else was in the store. Would have loved to ventured back and sent many people that I know would love it. One of the worst things about customer service is when there is none. Very disappointed.

When Party City didn’t have many bachelorette party favors, and I didn’t have much time left to order off Etsy, I wasn’t sure what to do. Then a random Google search brought me to Swoozies and it’s exactly what I was looking for!
The card selection was really pricey though. It would have been nice to have some cards less than $ 3.
The staff member had never seen the Unilocal coupon before, but she still let me use it which was great for 20% off!

This boutique shop is amazing! You can find one of a kind gifts for any occasion. They are a little pricer but not unreasonable and they carry jewelry, clutches, pool bags and lots of other accessories. During the holidays they have hanukah gift and lots of party decorations. I have bought birthday wine glasses, cups, candles and their delicious chocolate chip cookies. They also carry cards for any occasion such as graduation, new baby, wedding and thank you cards. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will continue to shop here especially for personalized gifts.

Fabulous gift and stationary store! Swoozies is a wedding lifesaver, from charming save the dates and invites to creative hostess gifts and fun wedding favors. It never ceases to amaze me how much celebration they fit in one store, whatever the occasion. Today I found the perfect baby shower gift and card, and of course left with a few things for me. The staff, especially Kaily and Kristin, is friendly and will make sure you find exactly what you are looking for– even if you don’t know what it is yet. Highly recommended!

I just received my Save the Date’s for my wedding next summer and they look amazing! Through the whole process of picking out the fonts to the layout, Kaily and her team were exceptional to work with. I am excited to work with them in the future for my Wedding Invitations!

As a Southern transplant… I love going to Swoozies to see all the Carolina girls and to shop! It’s the perfect place to grab gifts for any occasion. The staff is wonderful! They are always friendly and helpful. I love being able to dash in and walk out with a personalized and wrapped gift in minutes! Thank goodness we have a Swoozies!

The store carries a great selection of products and brands but the customer service is awful. I was one of only two customers in the store when I went in and of the 4 or 5 employees working not a single one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I was finally ready to check out, the person barely spoke a word to me, just took my items, asked for my card and that was it.
The poor service was enough for me to not return, I’ll be doing my personalization and gift shopping online or elsewhere in Denver.

A cute shop for gifts and personalized stuff.

You might have to go back to Swoozies several times to take in all of their adorable merchandise. Sensory overload, but in a good way. I went in with my daughter to find Mother’s Day gifts for the grandmothers and she and I were both entertained by browsing for so long that we were almost late to pick up my other daughter. The cards, baby gifts, candles, lotions and seasonal items are fantastic, the presentation is lovely, and the staff are friendly. Also, the gift wrapping is really fun.

Oh Swoozies! How have I experienced 30 years of my life without you? I only needed one thing today, and left your store with about five adorable gifts! I had so much fun browsing your Valentine’s treats, cards, candles, bachelorette party ideas, baby gifts and more! You’re in a great location and everything seems reasonably priced. I was a bit sad that you didn’t have more baby shower napkins to choose from, but I won’t hold it against you because I found a cute little «love you more» sign to give to my dad for V-​Day, a card for my hubby, a reusable, large red solo cup for a friend for his Bachelor party, a while owl stuffed animal/​blanket for a new baby AND a sign for my friend’s nursery with a cute little quote! I hope there are more babies and parties in my future so that I have an excuse to go back!

An adorable little gift shop on the outskirts of Cherry Creek North. A place I could wander for hours. The perfect gift is totally awaiting you at Swoozies!

Swoozies is an awesome addition to 6^th! This is definitely the new go-​to spot for all things gifty, along with fun entertaining, home and décor items. I love that they have parking, a premium in this neighborhood. They definitely have something for everyone here, unless you are looking for a specialized pagan ritual item or some equally odd item. If it’s fun, bright, unique gifts you want, then Swoozies is likely to have it. They do monogramming on towels, jewelry, bibs, pillows, diaper covers and other various items, which is a nice personal touch. They have a wide selection of cards, but also carry invitations and personalized stationary. Their children and teen selection is small, but ample. It definitely takes a while to peruse the inventory as it is eclectic and the store is not small. Check it out if you are in the neighborhood!

Located in the former location of Cherry Creek card and party this place is awesome!!! Walking in the door I was greeted by a woman who works there and she welcomed us into the store, asked if we were looking for anything in particular and told us to let her or someone else know if we need help. I didn’t spend nearly enough time in here and will most definitely be heading back in this weekend to take my time to look at everything.
This store is however my new go to spot for gifts. I walked out with a cute set of lip gloss and a mood ring for a 5 year olds birthday and they box it up and wrap it with ribbon so you don’t have to do any work! There is a baby section, kids section, a stationary section, a bridal section, cards and so much more! I smelled some delicious smelling soaps, saw some awesome glasses, pillows and picture frames and love that you can get things personalized in store. Some items can be personalized same day! (Think mugs, trays, bags, etc.)
I found a ton of great items for hostess gifts and even found gifts to put in the goodie bag I’m giving my bridesmaids. There are tons of cute mountain reference pillows, frames and gifts as well. If you’re looking for a place to grab a quick gift, this is it!
Staff here was all super friendly and willing to help if you needed it but otherwise stayed out of your way (which I love.) Can’t wait to come back and explore more this weekend!
