Tom started off really impressing me. The service from his subcontractors was fabulous and most work was done really well, until he had most of our money & was nearing the end of the job. He then started 2 more jobs and had numerous days when his crew didn’t show up or contact us. The wall texturing was not even, and I don’t believe he wanted to fix it. After several attempts to contact him with no response, we finally had to look for others to complete the work. My suggestion is to get something in writing about how many hours a day he will have someone working and do not pay too much at one time. Definitely hold back a good amount as final payment until the job is complete. Also, get a detailed plan of action with deadlines.
