I called one afternoon to ask if they take cash payments. One employee picked up the phone and she did everything to avoid me going to their store. Her answers : — you pay online and don’t come to the store. What if I didn’t have money in my bank account ? — for general inquiries call the 1800 number instead Of gong to local stores –we don’t fix phones, we sell phones only.

Great customer service. The staff is attentive, helpful and not(car salesman) pushy at all. The manager work with us to port over two numbers and handle our specific requests for the new account. This is a corporate location, too. I suggest you visit this store instead of the California Street location, as you get helped way quicker without waiting on line until you are a senior citizen.

Poor customer service, with uneducated/uninformed sales associates. I’ve been to this Tmobile store twice now in one week, and have received two completely different prices for the same phone on my same account with the same plan. And both sales associates were pushy, sarcastic, and unprofessional –wanting to swipe my card first, explain to me later. This cannot be how Tmobile trains its employees. I hold high respect for the company, but have no more patience for this store. First I was told about hefty migration fees my account would incur. Second time I was told nothing about migration fees but instead about a necessary change to my plan that would give me less data per month but would cost me $ 5 more per month. I’m only a lawyer, but that kind of math just doesn’t make sense. I telephoned an out-of-state store in Fishers, Indiana, and was greeted with the kind of friendliness one would expect to also receive here in Colorado. The Fishers Store gave me a full explanation of the changes to my account, and it turns out that neither of the employees here off Larimer was correct. It is quite unfortunate that I had to call out-of-state to get customer service. Out. Of. State. Until the associates here off Larimer are better trained, I would not recommend going into this store. Your time is valuable, like mine is, and this store will only waste it.
