So we went to drive though and it took 20 minutes! The food was sitting on the counter for 5 of those minutes. What is wrong with this Taco Bell?

Standing here twenty minutes to get tacos. How hard is this? It’s supposed to be fast food.

Slowest. Service. Ever It does not matter whether you go in or through drive thru, expect to wait and wait and wait. I’ve been a few times thinking the first two were fluke visits, but it’s consistently slow. Plan to spend half of your lunch time waiting to order and/or waiting for food. Food is good once you get it. Customer service is pleasant.

This review is for the drive-thru ordering only. I have been here on two back to back occasions, and have had great service. Yes, it’s another chain Taco Bell, however, I must say this one could go down as my favorite location. They have accurately made my order correct and they were friendly. The food temperature and taste is agreeable. I do however, feel bad for the late night crew, they do have to deal with half drunk/high customers that drive-thru. There is a longer wait at 10:30pm(15 mins for three tacos and a tostada) compared to the 1:20 pm(same order). Just a heads up, be ready to make the order right when you get to the drive-thru, the location of the maximum clearance rail obstructs my view, so I do feel bad holding everyone up. Anyways, if you’re in the neighborhood and want chain Amerixican food here’s a go-to place!

Love the friendly people and how clean this place is, but if I ever download the Taco Bell app onto my phone, please punch me in the face.

Unfortunately this is the Taco Bell close to my house. I love Taco Bell. I’m all about it. But the service at this one is aweful. They recently started doing breakfast and I love those little cinnamon bun things. A couple months ago I went and waited for about 2 minutes in the drive through in front if the screen with no response. I drove up to the window and saw nobody. I check the hours. Sign said they had been open for an hour. I walked in. Only one guy in the back. He looked at me, then continued whatever it was he was doing. I asked if they were open. He stared at me blankly. I asked if I could place an order. He shouted something in spanish at the back office. I peaked around the corner and saw a whole group of employees just laughing and talking. He shouted another thing in Spanish and one of the girls in the group shouted back at him in Spanish. He pointed at me and she reluctantly came to help me. I ordered my cinnamon bites and asked for coffee, which is clearly advertised as something they have at breakast time. I was told they did not have coffee. This was my first experience with no coffee during breakfast hours at the taco bell, though it is clearly advertised that they have said hot beverage. I have since had 3 similar experiences where I was told no coffee, 1 more experience of waiting in the drive through before eventually having to go inside, and 2 other experiences where my presence at the establishment was regarded as annoyance. I’m pretty done with this taco bell.

I am never in this area, but I am working a project over this way and stumbled across this taco bell(in the Kings parking lot). I only write this because this was truly a clean, friendly, quick place that made the food well — a big statement for a taco bell. If you like your Americanized Mex quick and you are in Green Valley Ranch, this place is A+! I personally recommend the quesarito — looooove :)

I usually don’t bother with fast food reviews, but I’m compelled to review this place because of what I experienced. I waited nearly an HOUR inside the store to receive my food, with only a handful of people in front of me. I understand they’re understaffed, but they didn’t seem to be in any hurry knowing they had people waiting. I mean, I think anything over 15 minutes is bad. This is fast food, after all. One guy went out in the parking lot to wait, and got so fed up that he came back in and demanded his money back. And this was someone who came in after me. Finally when they skipped my number more than once, we asked what the deal was. This guy told us he «premade» the food and called the number, and thought we were in the parking lot. Yeah, no. I told him I had been standing right here the entire time and not once did they call my number or make my food. The fact that he lied to my face really increased my impatience. I thought maybe this was just a bad night, but I read some google reviews from people who live in the area and apparently these long waits aren’t uncommon. They keep saying they need to hire more people, but 1. That is not your customers problem and 2. Really? You can’t find anyone else? The Taco Bell that is literally 10 minutes north of there is fully staffed all the time. Get it together.

I know its odd to review a Taco Bell. I would wager that almost everyone of them serve the same exact quality food. I, however, am reviewing the service at this particular Taco Bell. Every time I go the staff is so courteous and kind. I have yet to meet a teenager with and attitude problem. And they are all very nearly high school age. Its hard to imagine the entire staff could be motivated to be so professional and kind. They must be doing something right there.
