The Berkeley at Regis

If i could give it 0 stars, I would. Definitely one of the worst experiences during my time at Regis. Literally the rudest and most unprofessional management staff/​employees I have ever come into contact with. I’m almost positive that not one person who works in the office has held a previous job, let alone even graduated from High School. If you call the office, let me assure you that they won’t answer the phone. If they do miraculously answer, they will not have an answer to your question. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail — they will not call you back 100%. Also, want to get hit with random bills with no explanation? Live here. Want to put in a work order and have it never get fixed? This is the perfect place for you. Oh, and feel free to enter the office when you have a question. The only thing you’ll get is a girl chewing bubblegum, texting on her cellphone (and my personal favorite) giving you a look saying «I don’t have the answer. I just work here because it’s court ordered.» Honestly, the previous owners did a better job. Keep up the good work Berkeley!
