I’ve tried a lot events — from brew fests to brew at the zoo. Come to think about it, beer is normally front fiddle. You know — that lead fiddle guy that gets all your attention. Big eat reverses that. Don’t get me wrong, craft Colorado beers are available — but the focus is food. And a lot of food… oysters from jax, sausages from biker jim. Bacon from.. well the place was called bacon. There are more food vendors(all included with your entry) that if you ate every one of them you would be sick about 3 times over. This is THE food event.. .and like everything i’ve tried from Imbibe — it was awesome. Beer, food, and entertainment I’m sold, and I’ll be back next year. Dessert was the one thing a little lax. The desserts we tried were just okay.

This event was so much fun! There were several vendors there and ample food/drinks for everyone. Such a good variety of drinks and eats, too. It was nice that the venue was inside and the outside portion was covered to protect from the elements. The weather was decent, but a bit humid. It’s always nice to be able to try new foods without having to take a chance ordering for the first time at a restaurant. Thanks Imbibe! Nice job!

I went last night for the first time. It was YUMMY! All the food I tried was AMAZING! Wish there had been a few more drink vendors — even non alcoholic. Worst thing, other than getting full way to soon, was than many vendors ran out of food pretty early, and although it was supposed to go on until 10 pm, by 9 pm most vendor tables were not only out of food, they had left.
