The first review is absolutely correct. I have been trying to get in contact for the past month with no luck. Found them through living social. Spend the extra money and get somebody professional, I’m not even sure this company exists!

Got a groupon and decided to try them. 3 phone calls and 3 texts later and I still haven’t heard anything. Save your money and go use stanley steamer.
