Wtf? I’ve been trying to use a Groupon I purchased for The Dirty cookie for over a month now. They never take orders online, they do not answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls. I even walked to the address listed– they are not on that buildings directory. I’m convinced it’s a bust.

I absolutely love this place but you haven’t been able to order anything for quite some time even though they’re supposed to be open, and they haven’t communicated to their customers in any way if they have been shut down. Their voicemail box is full and they never answer. I guess you could try calling or visiting the Frozen Yogurt spot they operated out of, Ziggy’s, and ask what happened.

I’m convinced they have shut down! Have literally been trying to order it everyday multiple times in the evening and they aren’t online to take an order and their mailbox is full!!! What gives?!? I want me some cookies!!!

Love the cookies. Tasty, and love the concept. Customer service– yikes. We bought a groupon and when we tried to redeem it, they said we had to get frozen yogurt, we asked if we could substitute ice cream because the Groupon does not specify what we could order. They upcharged us $ 4 for the ice cream, and then the groupon did not cover the delivery cost of $ 4 either. Fine, $ 8. We already paid $ 10 for the groupon, but whatever. TWO hours later, we had not received our order. When we called, Darren or Devon, cant remember, said they had tried to call and could not find us. They have delivered to me SEVERAL times before, and my phone was sitting RIGHT next to me the whole time, surprise– no missed calls. With this call, he waived the delivery fee. An hour later, we still did not have our cookies. When we called again, we tried to cancel, but it showed up at our door. Cookies were undercooked and cold. Thanks for the effort Dirty Cookie, it was SO not worth it.

The cookies were excellent but the service was terrible. Took an hour to get cooked delivered, then the delivery girl made me come out to her car to get my delivery. She clearly had no clue what was going on, asked me for money when I had already paid over the phone then gave me attitude when I tried to give get a tip. She then told me that she was just helping out her friend who worked for the dirty cookie and didn’t even work for them… finally after getting inside, I realized I didn’t even get the correct cookies or ice cream that I ordered. It’s a real sham, the cookies were delicious but wouldn’t order again because the service was so terrible.

I love the Strawberry Cheesecake and Red Velvet cookies and the milk is always perfectly cold, but it seems as though they’re hours change by the day. Some days their Grubhub is closed and trying to get ahold of them over the phone is a joke. Why sell Groupons that can only be redeemed when placing a phone order if you never answer the phone? Its very frusterating to me that I spent money on something I can’t use. Hopefully they get it together because I really do enjoy their concept

My only issue with the Dirty Cookie is that I will probably get fat from having froyo, cookies, and ice cream delivered to my door.

They come to you… A warm, chewy, sugary box of goodness. The strawberry cheesecake and red velvet were killer. They come to you… The chocolate chip was just like we prefer… not too many chips that overwhelm the cookie palette. They come to you… A dash of milk to boot, to send your mind sprawling back to favorite childhood days of yore. Did I mention, they come to you?

Delicious, yummy, chewy/crunchy, awesome cookies! The salted oreo ice-cream is fantastic. The cookies are nice and warm on arrival. The other night, I ordered from GrubHub and DC forgot the extra vanilla ice cream I had ordered. No biggy, GrubHub credited me for it, but it bothered me that I couldn’t call DC and get it sorted out first. Their Voicemail was full so I really couldn’t contact them or anything. And even though that happened, I will still order from this place over and over again because these cookies are just too damn yummy to resist.

The cookies were horrible. I literally could have made a better batch myself. Chocolate chip cookies had like three chocolate chips in the whole cookie. The red velvet was undercooked and mushy on the inside. Peanut butter cookies were hard as a rock. Hard to find because they are located in Ziggy’s froyo. One star because I cant give half stars.

For those nights when you want a fresh baked cookie but are too lazy to make your own! I so love the red velvet it’s like a little cake! So good and fluffy!

The new location is a little confusing to find-it’s inside of a frozen yogurt shop? Once found, we were a little disappointed because they were out of a lot of cookies and their menu wasn’t updated ATALL. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake, red velvet, white chocolate macadamia nut and sugar cookie with M&Ms. The strawberry and red velvet were undercooked and the sugar cookie hardly had any m&ms on it. :/the white chocolate macadamia cookie was great though! The cookies were hot when we got them, so that’s a bonus. Although disappointed in the first round I won’t write it off yet-I feel like this place could be could, there still are some cookies I want to try– that is if they stock up ;)

If you’ve been to Boulder Baked before, the Dirty Cookie has a very similar business concept– late night cookie delivery. To be sure, Boulder Baked has better cookies, but when they’re in Boulder and you’re in Denver what do you do? Turn to the Dirty Cookie, of course! Found this place on Grubhub once while we were searching for a late night snack. I’ve ordered from them several times and although the cookies are generally good, they can be somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes half the cookies are overcooked, and the other half are underbaked. Sometimes they will run out of what you ordered and throw something else in there instead. And sometimes they have some imaginative flavors(Nutella & sea salt, 100 Grand candy bars in a cookie… o my God) but it seems that these flavors just come and go at random. I’m sure I will keep ordering from them– because honestly, how many late night cookie delivery places are there– but I do think they could use a few improvements. Overall, still definitely worth checking out.

I first went in here about 6 months ago not expecting much. We sat down and chatted with the co-owner for about 20 minutes before even ordering, he was really pleasant(it turned out that we had met another 6 months earlier). He suggested the ice cream cookie sandwich. They took about 15 minutes to fresh bake a pair of red velvet cookies(which alone would have been enough), then we added cookies and cream frozen yogurt(they share space with Ziggy’s Froyo). This made for one of the best desserts after eating some pizza down the street at Proto’s. The only real cons I had for Dirty Cookie was that atmosphere wasn’t great. The location seems like it was intended to be a central hub for delivery and that any patrons who come in are more of an afterthought. Considering that’s the only drawback, I would recommend it as long as you’re there specifically for the food.

This review is based entirely on the delivery radius — apparently, I am just outside of it. Yet the business delivers much farther south than my address, to places that are technically further away. I’m pleased to see them on GrubHub, but the hot cookies are still out of my reach… just because of an arbitrarily drawn line. Get with the program, Dirty Cookie! There are late-night-studying grad students just barely east of Colorado Boulevard and we need your cookies too!

I really wanted to hate this place. Really hate it. For multiple reasons: 1) I didn’t come up with the concept, which I love. 2) I’m trying to lose some weight and this place is just dangerous. 3)This could get expensive. I didn’t hate it. It was quite good. Some of the cookies were VERY good. The strawberry cheesecake was my favorite. Crispy edges and light and soft inside. Just the right amount of strawberry. The double chocolate fudge was excellent as well. Deep, dark, and divine. The peanut butter — good. The red velvet — okay. Now, the sugar cookie — not sweet enough. It’s a SUGAR cookie. It was too thick for my preference and bland. Like the kind you ice for Christmas, which I hate. It should at least have been dipped in sugar for that crunchy coating. That might have saved it. And they were«temporarily» out of chocolate chip. To me, this is like when Starbucks says they’re out of cream at 10am. HOWDOESTHATHAPPEN? But overall, great concept, good cookies. Damn you, Dirty Cookie. Better learn my name, Chris(my delivery driver). I just became a regular.

Firstly, love the concept. Paired with Little Man ice cream, even better. We wanted to indulge our sweet tooth last night, so tried this out. Took about 40 minutes, and cookies arrived warm and delicious. Spot on for an evening in, staying cozy. Oatmeal pumpkin were very good, Chocolate chip were just slightly over done, and could definitely use some more chocolate chips. Will definitely try again. Only issue was with Grub Hub, it was not easy to set up the delivery as a guest and it was not cooperating with my iPhone. But now that it’s set up, we shouldn’t have any problems for the next time.

Wow. That’s all I can say. Cookies were delivered to me hot and quickly!(Granted, I live across the park, but still.) Honestly, one of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. And you MUST try the red velvet… It’ll make you want to slap your mama. Not really, but really.

Delicious cookies delivered straight to my front door. Woohoo! Great flavor selection — I had the monthly special, strawberry shortcake, some time ago. It was indeed very strawberry-like. Best cookies(for me) from Dirty Cookie are the sugar cookies and peanut butter. Chocolate chip is great, too, but I am not a huge chocolate fan(I know, GASP!). Also, the cookies still taste great and fresh a day or two afterwards.

Some late hunger pangs made me strap into Grubhub and surf for some late-night food. The options: pizza, pizza, pizza, cookies?!? CLICK. I scanned the website to see a plethora of options of freshly-baked cookies available to me past 11pm. Chocolate chip, sugar with m&ms, even oatmeal maple-bacon. Had I just stumbled upon the Voo-doo donuts of cookies? Even better, The Dirty Cookie offers some milk and ice cream(from Little Man) pairings to go with your cookie selection. I made my selections of cookies, ice cream, and milk. The delivery time was almost an hour, but it was rightly so for late-night fresh-baked cookies. The 4 cookies I got came in a box, each still soft and gooey, like a fresh-baked cookie should be. The oatmeal maple bacon was underwhelming, but the chocolate-chip were near perfect. The milk was cold, and on a hot summer night, was a beautiful thing to have to wash down these cookies. The concept of late-night delivery of fresh-baked cookies(with milk and ice cream fixins) is a beautiful thing. The Dirty Cookie upholds this concept with gusto.
