Glass Guru is wonderful! I needed replacement glass for my light table and I called several companies for bids and timetables. Glass Guru was the most reasonable priced, but the primary reason I selected them was their outstanding customer service! The people I spoke with on the phone were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. On December 31st, they estimated 2 — 4 weeks for them to receive the glass. They received the glass sooner that expected and this morning, January 14th, they delivered and installed the new glass. Thank you Chris and Laura for your great service!

I am writing this review to inform anyone that is thinking about using this company for cabinet glass to search elsewhere. I dropped my cabinet doors off on September 21st after getting a standard quote of 375.00 and a 2 to 3 day estimated time of completion. On Tuesday the 22nd I was informed that the cost was going to be higher due to them having to use a router for the installation of the glass(that’s usually is what needs to be done but fine). On Friday the 25th I called to see when I was going to be able to pick up my doors and was told that they were extremely busy and were not going to be completed until next week. After a few more calls and added pressure they were ready for pick up at 4:00 pm on Friday October 2nd. I took the doors home and started to hang them and noticed there was silicone left all over the glass, metal shavings inside the caulking, the frosted glass was scratched on one door, and on two doors the routing work was uneven and large gouges were taken out of the cabinet on the front side. On Monday the 5th I called to complain and was told that«your doors were very difficult to work with because of the type of cabinets(they are standard builders grade oak) so that took longer, and we had a hard time getting the glass in. If you want to bring the doors back in we will take a look and see what we can do to repair them. Of course no refund was offered for the damaged doors. I voiced my concern that the workmanship on my doors was not worth the 450.00 and was quickly told that I received a 30% discount and that this type of job(installing glass in 6 cabinet doors) would have been well over 700.00. Funny, every quote I received was just under 350.00 At this point I was misquoted on the price and time of completion and the work preformed was not worth the 450.00 I paid. I am planning on revoking the charge on my credit card, submitting a BBB complaint and taking the damaged doors to another shop to have them fixed(sanded, puttied, painted, and have the glass re installed) Also the shops hours say 8:00 — 5:00. You might want to call becuse they make up the hours depending on the day of the week. On friday we were told that they would be closing at 4:00 pm I will post pictures of my doors soon.
