I ran into this truck outside of Fiction Beer Company. I was more in the mood for a snack, and the folks working at the truck were very accommodating. We chatted for a while, as I was curious about whether Paleo stuff was big in the area. I ended up getting the Brussels sprouts and bacon. I actually questioned whether I could get the side on it’s own, as it was quite reasonable priced, but it didn’t end up being an issue. The Brussels sprouts were delicious! They were perfectly cooked and had a nice balance of salt from the crisp nuggets of bacon. It was a fairly decent portion size as well. I definitely look forward to more Brussels sprouts goodness next time I see their truck!

Amazing food! Had the pulled pork with mustard sauce and the steak with bourbon sauce couldn’t decide what I enjoyed better! Potato salad mmmmm.mmmm.good. Wasbi deviled eggs what else can I say! Will be back!

Really delicious! Wow, I’ll be remembering that sandwich for a while.
Pulled pork with bourbon sauce — bread was great, meat was amazing– lean & tender. Side of brussels sprouts with bacon was pretty perfect too, and the little side greens salad was a nice touch!
Mmm good sized and decently priced as well. Thank you!

Went to their soft opening on April 30^th. Food is awesome; I had the chicken frittata on a sweet potato and it was delicious. They have Paleo-healthy food, but also have «regular» food for people like myself as well, that was a nice surprise.
Don’t forget to get dessert. Mama’s Brownies we’re a perfect ending.
Hope to see them soon, I’ll definitely go again.
