Great location, super spacious and they allow dogs to roam about. This place is pretty cool, BUT the service is painfully slow. I’m not sure how they manage when they’re actually busy. Nice staff though

Cute little spot for a coffee/tea/quick bite. :) Bright and open and airy, this coffee shop is pretty no-frills but is also perfectly adorable. I dig! The barista was very nice, my tea was good, and my panini(the Italian?) was simple and did the trick to quell my hunger.

I stopped in randomly from out of town. I asked the barista what this coffee shop is famous for and she said the«dirty chai» so that’s what I ordered and it was lovely!

The current techno music playing at 7:30 am makes it more like a rave than a coffee shop. It’s unfortunate as this used to be a good spot to work from.

One of my new favorite spots. Great staff, cool ambience, and fantastic coffee. What more could you want?

I stopped by for the laughing latte to get a little work done a few weeks ago. The coffee I ordered was good, and the atmosphere was unique, but nothing special. There was a really cool mural on the wall, which I loved. But the laughing latte is going for industrial décor, which doesn’t necessarily work here. It looks a little drab.

Okay this one was hard for me– the location is perfect for me and the prices are good. The wooden chairs are surprisingly extremely comfortable. I love the feel of it here. Con: Why does my coffee taste burnt? Like the beans were extra done then cooked more. I will give that the benefit of doubt and try it again, if not I’ll be ordering a different drink here from now on.

This my neighborhood coffee stop and i experience consistently friendly welcoming smiles and a decent cup of java. Chill ambiance, lots of sunshine, wifi and milk alternative options. Open early, bring your own cup and get discount on your coffee.

Love this place — best in the ‘hood not just because of the coffee, but the baristas are super nice as well. I don’t understand the reviews here about poor quality drip coffee — I love drip and this place always has delicious hot drip coffee. Sometimes there is only one barista and sometimes two, but there is NEVER a long wait. They always make great conversation and smile. The layout and décor are also cool. Best place in LoHi

In a neighborhood with great coffee spots I can’t believe this place is still in business. Gave them a second try yesterday after a disappointing first visit… and it only confirmed what we already knew. The coffee tastes WATEREDDOWN, worse than from an old drip coffee maker, no flavor whatsoever. My wife and I both threw full cups out and we’re by no means coffee snobs. I’m all about small businesses, but if the product stinks, I’m not coming back. Metropolis and Wooden Spoon(just to name a few) have waaaay better coffee if you’re looking for a spot in LoHi. It’s a shame, but this place is a major dud!

Cute and cozy spot in the highlands to grab a coffee on the go or the perfect setting for getting some work done in some peace and quite. Great atmosphere, with a very hip and trendy vibe. They also had a variety of breakfast sandwiches that although I wasn’t t able to try, they all looked delicious. The barista was very friendly and accommodated me and my family very well. Suggested drinks: Chai tea Cortado Not so good: Italian soda Hot chocolate Happy I ran into this cool little coffee shop, would recommend to anyone!

I love that they proudly serve Kaladi coffee. Very few places in Denver offer these delicious beans. I ordered a mocha and it was just a perfect blend of espresso, milk and chocolate. I enjoy mochas and I do find that sometimes it can be too sweet. This one was just right. Friendly barista. Easy location to get to and find.

Visiting Denver and working from this café for an hour or so. Everybody here is super nice. Every customer appears to leave in a better mood than they came in.

The coffee is good(better than Starbucks) and the staff very nice. They knew a lot of the people drinking coffee there and were very friendly. They’ve got almond milk as an option. Also there’s a chalkboard for kids, which is a nice touch.

Unfortunately this did not hit the mark for me, in fact I am not sure there is even a target here. My latte was burnt beans meets watery blahness. My partners dirty chai just looked.. .well.. .dirty, literally. The espresso drippings on the side of the mug just made it look like it wasn’t washed for a week and the chai itself would be embarrassing for any café. The café itself was OK, could use some TLC(ie cleaning), location is great being that it’s in the Highlands with other establishments around. The barista herself was cold, like winter-in-Denver cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but there are many other cafes nearby that I will definitely try.

The Internet could not be any slower. Definitely NOT a computer-friendly place. Waste of my money on mediocre coffee and time!

I live in the area and have been here a few times but every time they only have 1 employee working and it takes 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Not to mention, a small cup of coffee is $ 2.25 and the coffee is not even good. Staff is rude and unfriendly. I got a bagel this morning and the guy wasn’t even wearing gloves to make it. NOTRECOMMENDED.

I LOVED Laughing Latte when I drove up to the Highlands specifically to check the place out and get some work done. The place is small and cozy inside, with really awesome, colorful decorations that immediately make you feel comfortable enough to settle down and get some work done, or to sit and chat with an old friend. The staff their was incredibly friendly! And the dirty chai I ordered was delicious and warm. I had just settled in for a long winter’s nap(or, to do a lot of work, but it was cold outside!) when the Laughing Latte began closing! At 4p on a Saturday! I’m not sure if those are the normal hours, but that’s the only thing that prevents me from returning to this delightful spot. At 4p on a Saturday, if I’m working, I’m in the zone, so I don’t want to have to relocate :(
