The staff was so nice! I was on a tight budget and computer repair could get a bit pricy, so I was a tad scared to see my final bill. However, Amy threw out a few options to get what I needed done. If anyone needs to get their laptop repaired with friendly staff bring it here.

Absolutely terrible experience. They are great at dealing with software issues, but have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to hardware. I needed a replacement battery, and they installed a faulty one that ended up burning up my computer. I had to replace the whole laptop after a few months because the hard drive and battery that they gave me were constantly overheating. I took this into an actual Apple store and they told me that MacSpa is actually not even a certified Apple partner and that Apple encourages people not to use their services.

The professionals here helped us make the best use out of our mac/​iphone equipment, synching up devices, restoring an imac and pimping out our laptop. I highly recommend their services.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
They were clear and upfront about their pricing. And it was all very reasonable.
Overall I was very happy with my hard drive replacement.

I love The MacSpa! Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, and nice. They all go above and beyond to offer great service. I will go there anytime I need anything for my Mac. I suggest you do too!

As an IT professional and established graphic artist, I can tell when computer jargon is being blabbed at me.
The staff at The MacSpa are passionate about their work and honest. Working with them is nothing like going to a «Genius Bar™». I love Apple products, (and Linux and Windows) Honestly, Mac people are kinda’ d – kish, but not the crew at The MacSpa. They take the time to provide educated customer support. They spend time helping ANY level user understand how to use that (expensive) Apple™ product you own and be truly satisfied with it. I wish I could place this store on a marble pedestal, but they aren’t in it solely for money.
They provide great, one-​on-​one service because it’s in their blood. Genius status, yes. Genius Bar™ prices and Holier-​than-​thou attitude, no sodding way.
Even if you don’t have an issue, stop in and visit. You’ll make a friend, not get accosted by some sales jerk.

What an amazing and brilliant place; the Mac Spa. Friendly, fast and efficient service, great people to talk to, professional. the Mac Spa handles my business account, maintaining all my computers and I couldn’t imagine it any other way. So glad to have them in my life! :)

Extremely poor customer service. Maybe I came in at exactly the wrong moment in the lives of every employee that ever there, so I should cut them some slack for being cold, unhelpful, and dismissive, but that was every time I came in. I’d had no spills on my macbook, no drops, and I kept it clean, although there was dust accumulating in the fan belt apparently. 2 weeks later, they finally hand it back and put me out $ 300. Anyway, I don’t understand what everyone else is raving about. I guess they just dropped the ball with me big time. I would never go back there to save my life. Wouldn’t trust them to even try. Also, parking is terrible.

A total godsend. If you don’t want to deal with Apple or the people at its stores, go to the Macspa. They had my Macbook Pro fixed up just in time to meet my deadline for getting some important papers done, and at a reasonable price. The only place I’ll go for my Mac ills.

I had a great experience at MacSpa. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would go back in a heartbeat. If you have a Mac and live/​work close to downtown, I HIGHLY recommend that you bring any of your Mac issues to MacSpa.
I had spilled coffee on my computer and they didn’t rub it in and lecture me or make me feel bad. They simply extracted my hard drive, set me up with an enclosure, and showed me how to pull up all of my data, essentially the soul of my computer, on my boyfriend’s laptop.
I’m a happy customer. Good people.

My experience at The MacSpa far exceeded my expectations.
I’m pretty clueless about my computer and even my simplest questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. The turn around time for my service was less than 24 hours. I received great advice about updates and optimizing my machine and some words of reassurance that I’m not the only person who finds iPhoto unintuitive. I’m planning to attend one of their classes in the future!

So I can’t say that I have ever had work done on anything here, but I most definitely will next time I need something. My comp has been on the fritz since yesterday afternoon. Called Mac Spa to set up a time to bring it in for diagnostic testing. When I got there this morning, Steve greeted me. Told him what has been going on with it (sounds like it might be motherboard issues) and he suggested that I go to the genius bar because they will do free testing on comps under five years of age and they would be able to fix it for cheaper if it is a hardware issue (no, I foolishly didn’t get apple care). Are you kidding? He could have very easily sold me the $ 90 test they would’ve done and then charged me more for parts and labor to fix it.
These guys are honest and appear to be here to help. Whether or not they are the ones to do the work, they will point you in the right direction.

I loved the staff and they didn’t mind me coming in multiple time and asking questions and specifications so not only could I make sure I ordered the correct drive for my computer but the installation process by them could be quick and painless. (It runs beautifully as well).
Everyone I talked with at the shop was absolutely knowledgeable and could provide immediate answers to any Mac related question I have. I cannot thank them enough for all of the help and service I received from them.

I absolutely love The MacSpa!!! I will never step foot into an Apple Genius bar again. They addressed the problems with my computer quickly and without the air of superiority I experienced in the Apple Store on multiple occasions. (Oh, and no long lines while Cherry Creek moms carelessly bump into you while staring at their phones).They quickly fixed my iMac, they are affordable, honest, and dish up quick turn around times. They are very helpful, knowledgable, experienced, and the customer service is on point.
They fixed my Harddrive when it crashed years ago, after being told by the self proclaimed Genius’ at the Apple Store everything was fine. Just recently had my system optimized, defragged, and upgraded my OS. My machine is running smooth. I can’t recommend The MacSpa enough.

I recently broke the back of my iphone (like completely shattered it.) I figured there was no way anywhere could fix this, and even if they could it would cost hundreds of dollars.
I looked on Unilocal and saw this ad so I called.
Amy answered and said this was no problem to fix! She said she would order the part right away (in any color I wanted) and it would only be $ 40 (for the part she was going to order, and to fix it!) I was literally shocked!

I LOVE the Mac Spa. I have not stopped talking about my experience.
My computer had been having issues and the Apple store wouldn’t even connect me to a tech without giving them $ 50– that’s just stupid. I called and left a message with Mary (who was SOOOOO nice) and she left a message for the tech’s. I brought my computer in the next day at about 10:15 and got a call at 3 that it was finished and fixed. My poor baby mac was FILTHY and had been through a lot of wear and tear. When I picked it up, it was the cleanest it has been since I bought it and everything was fixed!!!
There are no words to describe my gratitude for the quick turn around, excellent customer service, and INCREDIBLE price point! You have a client for LIFE.

After a nightmare year of battling with the ineptitude & disorganization of a larger local competitor, I bit the bullet and called MacSpa to see if they could diagnose & fix the machine that the other guys gave me back only half-​working. Check my other reviews to read about that epic.
Called this morning around 10:30 & spoke with Mary (I think?). I explained the problems and that this was my only business & personal machine, so I really couldn’t leave it for a week so they could run some tests and call me back. She said that while she couldn’t promise anything, they was a chance they could get a rundown and a repair plan for me by the end of the day, but certainly by the next day. On the upside, she said that if the repair was to take several days that I could rent a loaner — cheap. Cool. She asked if I could bring it down within the hour.
I think I got there around 11:35. Saw Mary, and she introduced me to Miguel, one of the co-​owners, who would be working on my machine. He opened it up, plugged in a flash drive with SMART on it, tested the HD, and within minutes told me what I already knew — the other local guys had sold me a defective HD.
By 5pm I had a new HD, rebuilt OS, and full data & apps reinstall from my time machine external. No overnight stay, completely reasonable pricing, and good, personable customer service.
A+ experiences like this remind us how small businesses should be. Give them your business — I will be from now on.

My wifes laptop crapped out. just one day, done.
Took it in they figured out the Primary drive (SSD) died. Backed up the secondary dud a clean install of the OS and put the data back, for less money than I expected. A plus!
Great folks. They’ve got a new customer here.

Love this shop! They take care of everything you need with out having to wait or pre-​sign up for the damn genius bar at the Apple Store. They are timely, friendly, and do great work.
Extra Bonus: They host monthly art exhibits with some of the best pieces you can find in Denver.
