Was looking for a cool dive bar last night and found the Metro. Excited being in a new city and a new bar, went up to the counter around 8pm to get drinks. The bar tender wasn’t rude to us, but she also wouldn’t take our orders or even acknowledge us. We were the only other couple in the bar besides one other couple the bar tender was chit chatting with. We weren’t drunk, unkempt, or rude. We would have stayed and had fun if we had gotten even an offer of service, but as it was the bartender has her own schedule and seems to serve only those she knows well. We won’t be recommending this place and will not be back. Didn’t look like they had much business anyways so they won’t be around long.

This is a great dive bar right by the Renaissance Hotel… The ‘ssaince’s hotel bar closed at 11:45pm because they were trying to set a good name and keep the rif raff in check… We walked here and had a great time… Good juke box, pool tables, cheap drinks… It was a great time. It’s a bit of a dive, people were very friendly here. My friend whom I went with was so f*ed up he could not sign /understand the bar tab… I signed for him… it was amusing. Would recommend it and definitely would go back.

Great prices and drink specials, free food during all bronco games. Also they will be having a huge super bowl party. Place feels like you are part of a big family. Make sure to stop there
