This store sold me a Motorola Moto X phone on Sep 16, 2013 with an advertised price of 200 dollars. They signed me up on a payment plan with the phone costing 540 dollars. I brought this to their attentions and they said not to worry that I was buying the phone at the advertised discount of 200 dollars but had to list the full price of the phone. These people are devious. I called AT&T today and they called the store. Mathew D at the store said that I could upgrade my phone, they won’t charge me anymore for the phone and that I have to sign up for another 2 year contract. But, they are NOT going to refund the money I paid over the 200 dollars they said the phone cost. They want to keep the 175 dollars I’ve paid above the 200 dollars. This is a bait and switch. This is theft and illegal. I will take them to small claims court in Jefferson County. DO NOT do business here.
