Stuck in traffic driving through Denver… Feel like I could hop out of line real quick, grab a beverage, and get back in time to get my spot in line on the highway haha. Pop open Unilocal, see I’m 3 minutes away from a great lookin little coffee shop. Take the plunge! This little spot is a beauty!!! I didn’t stay long unfortunately(just passing through town), but the people and vibes were very well suited for a neighborhood go to coffee spot. I asked the beautiful barista what the drink of choice was for the store, and was quickly pointed to the On Tap Venetian Cream Iced Latte. HOLYMOLYOFFTHECHARTS!!! To sum it up. Sitting in traffic, figured I could pull off for 5 min, get a quick drink, and barely have missed anything, met one of Denver’s’ many beautiful women, got an AMAZING coffee, and was out of there in 3 minutes?! Don’t mind if I do.

One of my favorite coffee shops yet. Its located near the Santa Fe art district, so I was pretty much sold. The coffee is great. And I really love the atmosphere — when I was there they were playing trip hop(fave!) and they had these small tv screens displaying real eyes blinking, moving around — so cool!

Really cool coffee shop located about 5 minutes outside of downtown Denver. I ended up here after my car broke down and after drinking my coffee I was happy my car broke down. The ambience is open and trendy with lots of seats inside and outside. The servers are really nice and are helpful in selecting drinks. I normally drink black coffee but decided to try one of their specialty drinks, a brown sugar lavender mocha(ordered it half-sweet). It was the best mocha I’ve ever had, it came in a large ceramic mug and was good to the last drop. My friend ordered the great Decker divide with a shot of expresso. His drink consisted of white and dark hot chocolate with whipped cream in a cool beaker. They also have tasty pastries and very reasonable priced craft beer and cocktails. I can’t speak highly enough of this place, if you are in Denver this is a coffee shop you must check out!

First time here and I like the feel of this place — I knew I’d be back and here I am a few hours later with my 2nd time in the door … About 10 people chillin with a fair amount of seating options … Wasn’t too excited about my cappuccino but it won’t hinder me trying something new next time … No TP in the bathroom lost a star for this review — nice place here !!!

This place is super cool. Delicious drinks, upbeat staff, neat ambiance, and rockin’ music make this one of my favorite coffee shops in Denver. I’m a bit of a coffee shop rat; I love exploring new locations and checking out new drinks. The menu at The Molecule Effect is extensive, with coffee, tea, bites, and wines for days. If you’re in the mood to try something new, this is your place. I decided to do just that – I went with the Unilocal-recommended Decker Divide. Boy was it delicious! Super sweet and creamy! Just what I needed to get me through a couple hours of hardcore studying. That brings me to my next major criteria when judging coffee shops: How conducive is the atmosphere to work/study. The Molecule Effect gets 5 stars on this one. Although I was worried about the volume of the music at first, it didn’t bother me at all. Something about their selection of audio actually HELPED me get more done. I haven’t been this productive in a while! The cherry on top is that they accept Apple Pay here. I know this may seem trivial, but it adds a level of convenience that just makes the experience that much better. I love walking up to the counter, ordering, and paying without ever having to dig through my pockets or fumble through a wallet or bag. I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area. It’s a winner.

Mission Statement «We are locally owned and operated and we like to do things a bit different. To us it’s about the mixture of hand selected items based on quality, integrity and all around deliciousness. We blend this with a great staff and the right amount of things we love like art, and our local culture. Add to this our desire of building community and in that great chemistry is created — that’s «The Molecule Effect.»(From the business’ website). «Quality» coffee, food, beer, wine, and drinks? Check, check, check, check, and check. Staff and business have«integrity»? Check and check. «Delicious» food and drinks? Check and check. «Great staff»? I have had great interactions with all of the staff including the partners Megyn Rodgers and Mark Landman. «Art»? The Molecule Effect always has cool and different funky art in the coffee shop since it makes a point to rotate«innovative artists» every 90 days. Like a piece of art in the shop? You can buy it! «Local culture,» «community,» and«great chemistry»? This coffee shop promotes a feeling of creating chemistry among its customers to The Molecule Effect from owners/staff to customers and to customer to customer. The owner introduced me to someone who regularly visits the coffee shop who is in an industry that I am currently working my way into so The Molecule lives up to it’s local culture and chemistry statement. In short, The Molecule Effect lives up to its mission statement that is very important for a business. My personal favorite coffee drink is the Bulletproof coffee, but I also like the unlimited coffee for when I am focusing on getting work done at the coffee shop. There is also a decent beer selection both on tap(5 beers?) and more beer in bottles, wine, and small well stocked bar for making cocktails. There is also happy hour every weekday from 5 to 7 pm. Overall, this is a great coffee shop that has a few other great things going on for it: art, beer, wine, liquor, and an awesome staff. So, why haven’t you checked out The Molecule Effect yet to work on your chemistry?

The place itself has a very modern hipster feel. The baristas welcomed us right away. Let me step back and say that most coffee places we’ve been to are not as friendly and welcoming just because we have questions about the menu or don’t know what we want right off the bat. This place, however, was willing to explain everything. My fiancé got the Bulletproof because he thought that was interesting. It’s 2 shots of espresso, with butter, and coconut oil. You can definitely taste the butter but it went well together for some odd reason. I got the Venetian. It was so good and just the right amount of caramel for sweetness. The prices weren’t crazy high either. We are from out of town and the owner was super friendly and recommended lots of cool places to eat. This would be my go to coffee place, if only we lived closer.

Super cute and funky little coffee shop that also sells wine, because uuuuhh, why not? This place is easy to find, just look for the crazy colorful mural on its exterior! Whoa. The artwork is cool inside as well, and there are big fluffy faux clouds hanging from the ceiling. The music is awesome and will help move you into a study/work rhythm. Of course I met with a friends and we were mostly talking and laughing, but everyone else seemed to be on their laptops or reading books. But hey, the music is loud enough that you should be able to enjoy some lively conversation in here as well! The menu is pretty great. Coffee shop items like pastries(some gluten free) and sandwiches. They also have salads and a charcuterie board — which we ordered and enjoyed. 3 types of cheese, 3 types of meat, and some delicious grapes and crackers. Then they have all your coffee options, sodas, wine, beer… Perfect place to get some work done and then transition into happy hour!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, yummy pastries and chai! It’s a nice place for a morning coffee. Not very busy on a Saturday morning which is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to work or study.

Coffee? Delicious. My favorite? Try their Bulletproof. Ambiance? Perfect. It’s laidback and casual inside. Great for working or even for a Bumble date meet up. Sandwiches? They’re all delicious and fresh; esp. the Pesto Panini. Customer service? TOPNOTCH. Support small businesses like the Molecule Effect and skip Starbucks if you have a soul. :)

I am obsessed. I, too, worry about just being another five star review for this trendy new coffee shop. But The Molecule Effect deserves it. It’s that good. I popped in here to meet up with an old friend who works in the area. She recommended this«new» coffee shop on Santa Fe, and who am I to admit that I wasn’t immediately intrigued? Coffee? Santa Fe? Art? Trends on trends on trends. Okay, I’m in. I arrived and my lovely friend was cozied up at a table for two drinking kombucha she had gotten from the tap. I was already sold. Then, I decided to go for the ultimate decadence and ordered the Great Decker Divide(I think that’s what it was called… I was distracted by what it actually consisted of). Half white chocolate. Half dark chocolate. With two shots of espresso. Did I mention that it arrived in an adorable beaker cup topped with whipped cream?! Sold all over again. Perhaps it’s the inner science nerd in me, but that beaker cup was on point. Neither of us ordered food of any sort, but that wasn’t because it didn’t look amazing. Female barista working was friendly, not overly so, but I wasn’t offended. She made my drink quickly and brought it over to our table. Great array of people present inside – some working, many meeting up with a friend after work. People were drinking coffee, wine, kombucha, beer, etc. Anything and everything. A variety of seating was available, from small tables for two to armchairs and a couch to a few larger tables to a bar-style seating next to the window. Oh, and they have a patio. I’m looking forward to a sunny summer day lounging outside drinking coffee and reading my book. Let’s not forget the awesome art. The first time I arrived there was an eye installation. Lots of mini tv screens that showed eyes in real time. Aka, they were blinking, moving, etc. Kind of creepy, but super cool. Last time I was in, there were bright and colorful paintings around the shop. Looking forward to seeing what’s there next time I stop in.

Wonderful place, it feels like home being here. Relaxing sofa while enjoying your tasty coffee. Such a pretty place with all the friendly staff serving you all the time and make you satisfied with the service. Also the place is clean and very net. I really had a remarkable visit here. Definitely my favorite place starting today.

This place is awesome! It will definitely become one of my go to coffee shops. It isn’t your regular coffee shops in terms of options. There are so many awesome drinks you can order you won’t find on a Starbucks menu. I was excited to see Bulletproof coffee was there! If you haven’t had that before, give it a try! It’s coffee, ghee(clarified butter) and MCT oil. Sounds pretty crazy but once blended becomes a frothy, delicious and filling latte like drink. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m looking forward to coming back here and trying another drink, like the Venetian cream coffee!

Came here Tuesday morning. Pretty busy, but there were a few open seating options. The atmosphere is really cool, there’s a lot of unique art. The menu has many options. I went with an espresso and my sister-in-law went for the iced Rocky Mountain road. Total came out to $ 7 My espresso was amazing, but the Rocky Mountain road was not, unless you enjoy the taste of black licorice. I would still give this place another try!

Creative caffeine with ambiance and some delicious food. They also serve cocktails and beer. PERFECT. I’m super lucky to have two great indie coffee shops that are close to my apartment. I’m a long time fan/regular of the other one, which is a few blocks further, but has been my «home office» since I moved back to Denver. THIS coffee spot is now my go-to when I want to meet someone to chat, catch up, or hang out. Their iced coffee is nice and smooth, their breakfast sandwiches delicious and filling. My friend got a pastry(almond danish or croissant type thing) that was flaky, buttery, and finger licking good. With plenty of small tables for parties of two, there is a nice lounge area with a sofa and some comfy chairs for medium sized parties to hang out and chat. For those who want to use this cozy place to work, can perch at the counter by the windows… I can’t wait to keep heading back here to try all their different concoctions… or to play some board/card games with friends.

Super cute and hip with an eclectic collection of art. Love to support local and this place had all the charms. It’s a coffee shop by day and wine bar at night… Two of my favorite bevvies of choice. Delicious coffee options… Had a latte and an Americano both were delish. Ive tried their noshables– they have pretty tasty sammiches, but they frequently run out of the kinds I seem to want. They have bulletproof coffee here which is something I’ve been meaning to try. And other fancy coffees that sound tempting and exotic. Some even come in beakers ! Cute seating options– love the sofa and armchairs… I love that they have an awesome mural on the side of the building — it’s beautiful. It’s great that they support local artists by putting up their pieces for ppl to admire… it’s a pretty quiet place to study or catch up with a friend. Love the little water fountain– cute touch! Service is friendly… It’s Trendy, hip and funky with a chill vibe — a great wonderful new addition to Santa Fe.

New, hip, and here to stay. I love checking out new places in town and I can only say that this coffee shop has risen to one of my favorite spots to get my caffeine fix. It is certainly a unique experience: a coffee shop that doubles as a bar! You can find anything that you might be looking for here, such as a black cup of coffee, lattes, hot chocolate, and tea alongside wine, beer, and spirits. You can even customize your own drink, which is an awesome touch. I personally loved my warm cup of irish coffee(with a bit of whiskey) to end my long day; it was a perfect ratio between the two. A toasted turkey pear sandwich was just the right compliment to my drink too, as it was equally as warm and flavorful. I was happily tapping my feet to the cool music and enjoying the unique artwork while I played a game of chit chat at my table. Happy Hour, from 5−7PM, will have to be a must next time I stop by.

At the risk of being redundant, I’m going to have to agree with all the other 5 star reviews written for this charming and chic new coffee shop that has just recently graced the street of spunky Sante Fe with its presence. It really has everything you’d want in a coffee shop-turned-bar at night. Seeking a spot to stay situated as the day hours pass you by and it’s finally time to drink that glass of wine you’ve pining for a day?(Not saying this was last Friday…) This is the ideal spot for you, indeed. With a wide range on coffees, Americanas, lattes, etc too keep you wired and finally a generous happy hour from 5 – 7 everyday with local beers and wines ranging from $ 4-$ 6 a pop. There’s also board games strewn about to accompany your imbibing. Say, you just need some to-go caffeine? That’s there for you, too. With eclectic artwork and furniture, and a personable staff to only lure you in to stay the afternoon. You’ve been warned. It’s just that lovely.
