We couldn’t help ourselves, we came back for more… making another large purchase with Andy and the Natural Sleep Store. It’s nice to know you are being taken care of, thank you And, we I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and communication.

We worked with Andy over the course of a year to make our purchase — he was super chill, helpful and insightful throughout. We ran his prices against the web and they came in better than the internet, which was unusual. The only bump we ran into was a less-​experienced staffer who was working on the day we made the purchase, and he seemed a bit flustered by the exchange. We returned the next day to make sure everything was copacetic and Andy tied everything right up. We did a split cash and loan payment and he worked it out smoothly. The bed came in 2 – 3 weeks later and Andy kindly delivered it on a Saturday amidst his own move, including carrying the pieces up three stories and helping me assemble it. The bed itself has been awesome — it has turned my sleep into a positive time, instead of a neutral or negative. Aside from the slight fumble at the initial transaction the whole thing was great and we are sure enjoying it.

Thing 1: I am a cheapskate.
Thing 2: I spent a few thousand bucks on a mattress at The Natural Sleep Store.
It was totally worth it. Four years later, the mattress has not sagged, nor has it given me any sleepless nights over Thing 2. Best mattress of my life.
In fact — TMI coming up – not only did we make a baby on that fabulous thing, but the wee one now sleeps on her own little organic mattress from the store. (No off-​gassing or toxic flame retardants for any of us. Yippee!)
A bit about the owner: Andy is a superb human being. It’s a little surprising that he’s in the business, as he’s the most laid-​back, least salesy salesman I’ve ever met. And it’s not an act; he truly wants you to have a good night’s sleep, and he’ll steer you in the direction of a lower-​cost item if he thinks the material (rubber, cotton, wool, etc.) is better for your situation.

I am so grateful for all the assistance Andy and Ryan gave me via email and telephone with the purchase of a twin Yarmouth platform bed and 2 underbed drawers. It’s sometimes difficult to see if colors on the internet will be the true shades. I had a helpful conversation with Andy about this and when he said that the «cinnamon» would be like Mid-​century teak, I knew that it would be a good match since that is the style of my other furniture. Both fellows were patient and friendly as they answered my queries regarding shipping, assembly, etc. The bed and drawers arrived sooner than quoted. The assembly was done by my son and a friend. One bolt and barrel nut for one of the drawers didn’t fit and I emailed Andy and a replacement was sent within a week.
It’s the first time I have ever purchased furniture over the internet and I was a bit nervous, but as you can see, I am very satisfied & grateful for this seamless & great experience with the Natural Sleep Store!

Andy was great. He was patient, answered our many questions, and ensured our bed was delivered and setup with ease.
We decided to move to a natural bed after reading many reports about high absorption rates of chemicals while sleeping, and because we were tired of replacing expensive beds repeatedly in the last few years.
Our new latex bed is extremely comfortable and is equivalent to our previous memory foam mattress for reducing movement. It was actually less expensive than some «traditional» options we looked at, and it has easy replacement options for any layers that show wear from my extra tall husband.
I would highly recommend Natural Sleep store for any bed purchases including bedding and mattresses.

Andy at the Natural Sleep Store was fantastic. His knowledge and friendly personality made shopping for a mattress much less stressful. We never once felt pushed into a decision and always had the proper information so we could choose an amazing mattress. Natural sleep store has been great to us. Whoever manages the store really knows his stuff, and it’s amazing how I can walk in and he’ll remember me from years ago. Natural Sleep Store is a gem in Denver. They offer high quality non-​toxic organic products for the bedroom, from mattresses to sheets to pillows. The showroom boasts beautiful wood floors and Andy is so very nice, knowledgable and helpful. We visited the store about 3 times before purchasing a mattress and we never felt pressured to make a decision or buy anything during those trips. We are now proud owners of the Greensleep mattress system, organic pillows, sheets, and natural wool comforter. It was an financial investment but we think restful non-​toxic sleep is worth paying for.

After our conventional mattress went to hell within 2 years of purchase, my hubby and I had had enough. We had read up on all the negatives of sleeping on a conventional (chemical laden) mattress and were ready to make the switch.
Andy was super helpful, friendly and relaxed, never making us feel pressured to buy or like we’d been napping there for too long — and we took a lot of trial naps! Several visits later, when we were ready to buy, the process was simple and they even price matched.
Although there was a period of adjustment for our bodies, and Andy gave us a heads up that would happen, we now love our latex mattress and are so happy we made the switch!
