Seriously the Walnut Specialty pizza is amazing! They always line up great bands to jam to while you eat their tasty food.

I ordered through their online service and got cold pizza. The online service is a second party, which I did not realize until I had placed my order. It is hard to judge, based on just that, I have had decent pizza from them before. If I order from them again – though I may just find another place – I would try their phone-in delivery if they still have one, I know they used to. I suggest The Walnut Room not use this service if it wants their product to be enjoyed through delivery. Also, it cost me $ 5 extra which is crazy for a pizza that cost $ 12.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go. Service was awesome. The staff was very enthusiastic. My order was ready by the time I arrived. The salad was GREAT!!! The dressing tastes good, the greens were fresh and the croûton were homemade. Thumbs up!!! I’d definitely eat here again. Would like to try the pizza and other items.

Well, Walnut Room has definitely won a loyal customer. After my last review they refunded my order, which wasn’t necessary because even cold and smashed, their pizza is delicious. Today, I got a gift card and a letter apologizing. This is above and beyond. This is great customer service and way more than I ever expected. Your pizza and staff are top rate! Thank you!

For being a pizza place, this was pretty good and that’s coming from someone who grew up in Chicago. It has a nice, divey feel but is very friendly and welcoming! Haven’t come here on a show night but I suspect it’s pretty fun. My only wish was that they had a larger tea selection. However, I’m not going to complain since this location is littered with breweries and what they did have on tap was pretty good.

25 min for two slices of subpar pizza. Just wanted a quick slice, not fast at all. Pizza reminds me of the pizza I got a a roller rink as a kid.

Solid thin-crust pizza. Loved the bbq and the spinach ricotta. Unfortunately, the wait was super slow, even though there were only a few other people in the restaurant at the time. The kitchen’s printer ran out of paper, and it took them a while to notice. The waitress said this happens often, so I don’t get why there isn’t a system in place to keep it from happening again. I was verging on hangry, so it I wasn’t too pleased. The service wasn’t very friendly either. Still, the pizza was solid. Good flavors, nice crispy crust, not too pricey.

I dig this location a lot more than the one in RiNo. So much that we went to the one in RiNo, had a horrible experience and was sent a gift card to compensate so we came here for lunch on a cold Saturday afternoon. There were no other tables in there for the first hour of them opening which is a little cool but also a little sad. My fiancé and I split the large Caesar salad and then got a medium Mile High pizza(too many toppings to name… in short, it had everything on it). Both were excellent and the pizza was enough to take home with us for second meals. I love that they cut their pizza in little square slices because it makes me feel less of a pig when I’m scarfing it down! Every time I’ve been here, it’s been nothing but excellent. Consistent service and food, I’m definitely a lover of the Walnut Room.

Seat yourself pizzeria with bar… I’ve had takeout from here before but yesterday I finally dined in. My sister and I split two 10-in pizzas — the bbq chicken and the florentine. It took a while for the food to come out unfortunately. However, when it did, the pizzas were yummy! Flavorful, crispy crust, and perfectly cooked.

This location is always a lot less busier than the other location on Walnut. I came in around 6pm on a Thursday night and got a booth for four right away. We got the artichoke dip and … I’ve had better. But, the bread and veggies that it came with were pretty good. The dip to bread ratio was pretty off, though. There was way too little dip for how much was there. My group ordered two 14″ pizzas, the Mediterranean and the Bianca. The pizzas do come on really thin crusts, like saltine cracker crusts. But, I really like thin crusts. The guys I came with were hungry boys, so we could have probably ordered another pizza or two… The service was pretty good. The place itself is smaller, but nothing uncomfortably small. The only thing I don’t like is that the pizzas are cut in squares, so someone has to eat the middle parts with no crust. The last time I was here, that someone was me… Haha. Sad.

Awesome wings(I order them plain) but the size of real chicken wings not super-sized chicken wings from chickens pumped full of hormones. I love the margarita pizza(I add chicken and goat cheese) as well as the soups. Great hummus veggie app too. Great bartenders and servers. Amanda, Kacey, Lisa, Stef, Marcus, Alissa, all rock. You really can’t go wrong with this place.

Solid pizzas! The toppings definitely outweigh the crust which made for a delicious pizza. If you’re a fan of thin crusted pizza with lots and lots of toppings, then this place is your spot! Cool ambiance, great beers, delicious food, wonderful service.

I’ve never dined in here but I’ve become a repeat offender during all hours of day and night grabbing a 10″ pizza. Yup, the crust is super thin, but I’ve never had it crispy or soggy. It’s always foldably(magically?) delicious. While at first it looks like there is a lot of cheese on top, it is actually not greasy or that cheesy(plus for me). Tasty toppings are always distributed in good amounts. I’m a fan of the margharita with added pepperoni or pepperoni/pineapple/jalepeno. The sauce is flavorful and actually has small tomato chunks and spices in it. If you’re picking up, go in the side door off of… Ellsworth I think? Not the main broadway entrance. That’ll take you right to the pick-up window. I love the boys that work here. I’m guaranteed some pleasant banter which, considering I always show up desperate and hangry, is pretty impressive that they can skillfully disarm the ticking bomb that is me. Definitely my favorite pizza in Denver.(because it’s super thin, I wonder what the delivery experience is — might cool down before it ever gets to your door? When in doubt, pick it up or eat in.)

We found this place while exploring Broadway. I had the Margheritaville, it was great I just wish there was a tad more red sauce. The garlic on it was perfect. My husband had the Mile High sans green olives and a Left Hand October Fest and enjoyed both. The best part was the server. He hung out with a family at the end of the bar because it was so slow but he never took his eye off our table. He saw me staring at the last few pieces of my pizza trying to decide how full I really was and came over to offer me some foil to take it home. He also offered a to go cup for my tea refill when he brought the check and then came back over once more to see if I needed that filled before we left. This is on par with the friendly and attentive service we’ve received at Yaya’s. I’d definitely eat here again.

This place offers much more than just pizza. The service is über friendly and attentive albeit a little slow in a Sunday afternoon. My choice of the veggie wrap was the right one– offered with a side of chips, pasta salad or potato salad. However, the green salads looked amazing as well. The pizza is super thin and the beer and cocktail selection is perfection with a number of choices for everyone. This place is perfect for those times you want to please everyone in your group!

As a Chicagoan, I’m picky about my pizza. This pizza was some of the better stuff that I’ve found in Colorado thus far. I’d come back for that alone. We went in for lunch, so it wasn’t crowded or noisy, and we had fast friendly service. There wasn’t any soap in the women’s bathroom so my sister-in-law and I went into the men’s to wash our hands, but that was the only complaint I have. I’ll see you again, Walnut Room!

Their lunch specials are a great deal. I enjoy the thin crust, crisp salads and full bar. This location is a common stop when drinking on Broadway. They have been flexible with our charity bar crawls offering discounts on food and drinks. It’s the same quality food as the original location with a more developed service model. We lived in Baker for a few months and back then this was the only pizza place with fresh jalapenos on their list of toppings(I did my research). That means a lot to the Dr. Our go-to pizza is a Hawaiian with smoked ham, bacon, pineapple and jalapenos(sometimes I add cilantro). You can have a filling lunch for under $ 10. The menu is diverse enough to have healthy options like the baked chicken bites and salads. I haven’t tried the gluten free crust but I really appreciate it as an option.

This is the best thin crust pizza I’ve had in a long time. Living in Austin, Texas, most pizza available is New York style(my least favorite). I have yet to find good thin crust in Austin. The Walnut Room does it right! I went in for lunch. $ 7.50 for a 1-topping 10″ pizza with a side salad? What a deal! I ordered mine with sausage and green peppers($ 1.50 for each extra topping). The crust was nice and crispy but not overdone, the sausage was super flavorful, perfect ratios of sauce and cheese. The pizza overall was very well executed. Everything came out quickly(the place was not busy, however). I’ll be back next time I’m in Denver to try their specialty pizzas!
