Thunderstorm Computers

Jim is a great guy and I highly recommend him!

I called Thunderstorm because i couldn’t use the A, S, D or F key on my computer, so was not even able to log in to retrieve work files.
The man told me that they could fix the keyboard if I was able to find the piece, and directed me to call Dell (amazon actually has better prices, you just have to email the seller with your Tag # to make sure the product will work with your partiuclar laptop; fyi).
Anyhow, the Thunderstorm people enlightened me to the fact that in the meantime i could just buy an external keyboard to retreive my files, and the labor for them to fix the keyboard once i found the part would be about $ 30. Was super greatful for this recommendation, the man was patient and knowledgable and I didn’t even feel too stupid for not having thought of an external keyboard myself.

Best of all, I avoided spending many hours of research on the internet or going to Best Buy to talk to inexperience staff. Thunderstorm Computers’s expertise is worth every penny.

Unfortunately I have had a few computer issues and each time, Jim has come through and saved the day. I also bought a small desktop computer for my Mom through his retail side. Great service, speedy and accurate. What more can you ask for?
