Over priced under delivered Mexican food. The only good thing was the tortilla and even the. The server only gave me one tortilla with my tacos instead of 2! The quality can definatly get better! The place can be cleaned up a bit looks like no one likes to eat here since it’s messy! Customer service is not the best. For the price of this place dav your time go to some where else where the buck will be worth it Didn’t even take my debit card so I had to go the atm a block away Worst place ever. Save ur money

I’m a gringo. Worse yet, I grew up in lily white New England. I never tasted tacos and burritos that were seasoned with Old El Paso spice packets or that came adorned with iceberg lettuce from taco bell until I ventured south of the border in college. I have had my fair share of Mexican in the Denver area, but nothing has come as close to the simple sabores de Mexico as Taqueria Durango. The tortillas are made fresh in the back of the restaurant. In fact 75% of the place is devoted to the making of food. I consider this a good thing. The asada burrito is heaven wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla. Seasoned asada that has a slightly crispy texture that I love. Creamy and piping hot beans and cheese. Fresh salsa verde or rojo. Thats it. No iceberg, no frills. The real deal. It’s also dirt cheap. In the American realm of $ 9 Chipotle burritos w a drink, T.D. is a bargain at $ 3 burritos and cheap pop. You can easily have lunch for 2 for under 10 bucks.
