My rugby team got hooked up with this gym for some preseason conditioning ans they kicked our ass, in a good way. Their staff is incredibly knowledge and über friendly. Any one looking to get whipped into shape this is the place to do so.

Went there a few days ago and really liked it! There was a Girl and Guy (Andrew) that were super welcoming!
I’ve been a fighter in Thailand Belgium England and Australia and loved the fact that when I came in my business wear they treated me the exact same to when I had my sponsored gear on!
Really nice people And they were super welcoming for anyone from the beginner to the more experienced!
Its great seeing a US gym that is welcoming and doesn’t have a chip in there shoulder! Well done train fight win!
