Never. After i made my appointment through the main campus, I called the location to verify and get information. The woman who answered the phone was rude and told me that she knew more about my insurance coverage than I or Anthem knew. I canceled my appointment. The main campus folks were so apologetic yet if this is the way we are starting out its not good.

No issues here so far. Saw an excellent doctor here(Brandon Combs) who I have decided to make my Primary Care Physician. The location is not the most convenient to me but it seems this location is where most of the Internists see outpatients. The doctor saw me exactly at 2PM — my appointment time. It has been a while since a doctor was exactly on time. I was in the exam room at 1:45 for the pre-workup with the physician’s assistant and I was out the door, including labs, by 3PM! Front desk staff was pleasant. Some of the physician’s assistants can be a bit gruff at first encounter but they gradually warmed up to you. The facility could use some work/updating. Not horrible but definitely gave off a 90s kind of vibe. Kind of dark and dreary in the patient rooms — none of the exam rooms even have a small window looking outside so you are bathed in the fluorescent tubes. Nice that labs, xray, and a pharmacy are also under the same roof. I also like that all the records here are electronic. Set up your account online and you get instantaneous results for all your labs as soon as they are processed. I’ll be back again — primarily because I like Dr. Combs and this is his only outpatient location. I wish UC would open up in the Northeast and not let Platte Valley get all the business. I haven’t seem any billing from this encounter so I cannot address the comments made by a previous reviewer. If anything seems out of the ordinary I’ll update the review.
