Villages at Gateway

Now I have had no hot water for 3days. And its a holiday weekend so I am sure no one will be in the office on this Saturday 4 of July. I called office yesterday Friday July 3 literally 10 times. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Finally got a hold of someone after my 11^th call. She took my name apt number and my phone number and said she would call me back. That never happened. I called the after hours people to find out and they say maintenance will call me. And that never happened. But I am sure they get to take a nice HOT SHOWER.

This is the worst apartment complex on the planet. If you want to have a guest here, they will not have a place to park. If your guest parks in the parking lot, their car will be towed for AT LEAST $ 200. They clearly have a deal going with the tow company seeing as how they tow you without a warning of any kind. Totally scandalous. Very shady. Other than that, the pool sucks and is dirty all the time, the balconies are rotting and dangerous. There’s trash and litter everywhere. Broken windows, broken doors, worthless sliding glass doors, broken fences, and broken gutters. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Horrible. We definitely rushed into moving here and unfortunately didn’t look up reviews first! There’s children everywhere, especially during summer, playing and yelling and screaming. Our AC is inconsistent and they’ve already come to fix it once. It also leaks heavily onto the floor. Our stove is on the fritz and randomly sparks… pretty sure that’s a fire hazard. My car was broken into in the parking lot and my stereo and GPS were stolen. But the last straw was definitely the cockroaches and BED BUGS!!! Luckily we caught them early but it’s impossible to get rid of them because this whole complex has them!!! And when I tell the office about it she just tilts her head and acts surprised. Like that’s the first time she’s heard a tenant say that. They were suppose to have someone spray, but it’s hard to know for sure because the office NEVER answers their phone. If you live here, be prepared to deal with every thing on your own. It’ll get done much faster that way. None of the people here care about who they rent to, there’s no class, it’s about as slum can get in Denver. Disgusting.
