I’m used to the waffles in Belgium and I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed in this place. It’s delicious and tasty! Very impressed!

Never have I had such a delicious waffle! Their savory waffle with bacon Brie basil and apple butter was absolutely amazing! The creativity in all their flavors is awesome! The size is perfect. Me and my boyfriend stumbled upon this place through Unilocal before catching a flight to the airport we were not let down! I wish this place was down the street from me

Tastes just as good as the waffles I had in Belgium! I drive up from Colorado Springs when I need my fix. There is nothing in the Springs that comes even close to matching these waffles.

Went on a weekday for lunch and the place was dead. The apple butter and brie waffle was very good, but over-priced. The waffle dough is sweet and dense. The cortado was pretty bitter. I would try it again, but skip the coffee.

Ok, I’ve driven by this place daily. I finally stopped to check it out. This place is great! I really enjoyed the Berries and Cream! The price is just right for the portion. The portion is perfect, not too much, not too little. Drop by, you’ll be glad you did.

Upon walking into waffle up you’re greeted by three very nice young ladies and the mail of warm through cooking. I went with the bacon maple glaze Belgium waffles which did not disappoint. The Blaze was not too sweet and was balance with Savory bacon. Would come back here everytime I’m in Denver when I’m looking for good fast friendly and delicious food

Amazing Belgium style waffles! The smell Of fresh batter in the air is definitely a great welcoming. Variety of toppings choices. Simple menu get very tasty. Fresh berries & cream was my order. Berries were very fresh, cream was heavy & delicious. Portions are not huge but very filling! Must try if a waffle lover. Great location on corner with bar seating facing window. Great view on a nice day. Service was AWSOME.

I appreciate the attention and follow up from the owners– and their commitment to make things right if a customer is dissatisfied. But in all honesty, I had gone back to the store and the truck at least twice, maybe three times before I even logged into Unilocal and saw their message to me. And those times that I went– the waffles were perfect. My latest was a couple weeks ago at their truck on wazee and 16th on a Thursday morning just before 8. The wait was not long at all, the woman at the truck couldn’t have been friendlier– SO nice. And the waffle was so good I couldn’t wait to get to my office to have my cup of tea to finish it with. I gobbled it up on my walk to the office which was only 5 or so blocks away. Delicious!!! What a great way to start my Thursday.

Popped in here a few times to snag a plain liege waffle, cup of coffee and get my bearings. The sweet/savory options look legit and the coffee is on point. A cool location in a burgeoning hood — a neat option for an otherwise pretty limited daytime eating area.

Definitely used Unilocal to find this place for breakfast. Loved the reviews so we decided to eat here. It’s a tiny space even though it looks big. It’s located in a neighborhood which I love. You can tell that parents love to bring in their kids here. There aren’t a lot of seating here, but it’s ok. My wife and I ordered a hot chocolate and coffee to get warmed up and we sat down after we ordered. The waffles were $ 5 and up. We both love waffles so we were super excited about this place. Definitely didn’t disappoint. The waffles were tasty and fulfilling. I ordered one with Nutella and strawberries. My wife just got a plain one with powdered sugar. We thought we were still hungry so we ordered another one for each of us. I got the bacon and maple and my wife got the peanut butter and banana one. The bacon was delicious but there was too much maple for my liking. The waffles are pretty sweet so don’t eat two like I did. Will definitely be back for this.

I’m claiming Belgian roots even though I still don’t fully understand where it is… this is the food of my people! I would like to take a bath in these waffles. When they said they don’t serve them with syrup, I immediately expected they were damn Communists(#THism)…if so my heart is red, as these were the best waffles ever! And the staff is friendly and seem happy to be crafting their dough-based delictibalities! So #WaffleUp! And come on down!

Hands down the best waffles I have ever had. Just had a couple regular menu items: one apple butter and brie waffle, one strawberry, goat cheese and balsamic. Very pleasantly surprised at both of these. The flavors worked amazingly well together, and created a food experience that I have only very rarely felt. The service was great when we went, it was a pretty slow weekday morning. The fact that they carry Corvus coffee is just icing on the cake. The coffee is great, the food is incredible. 100 percent would recommend(and already have) to anybody looking for an outstanding breakfast place.

Oh gosh, waffles made from dough instead of batter? I’m sold. Love that I live so close to this place and can pop in after a run(I’ve earned it!). My favorite dish is the bacon basil brie(and apple butter), but a close new favorite is the strawberry balsamic with goat cheese. The waffles are thick and sweet, so they pair well with savory ingredients. I haven’t tried their sweet toppings because I’m usually going for a meal and it might be too sweet overall. Coffee drinks here are also made very well. Don’t forget to pick up a punch card — you know you’ll be back.

What an interesting flaky Belgian waffle dough! The waffle itself is almost like a croissant. Just order the Bacon Brie Basil Belgian waffle. You are going to be sooooo happy you took my advice! I have to say, that if you like sweet sweet sweet things then smother your waffle in the apple jam/sauce that comes with it. But beware! It will give you cavities. I don’t think the brie basil and bacon needed it AT all! Such a cute little neighborhood joint with a fast casual atmosphere.

This place is really convenient for me but I was never really a fan of the Humble Pie store that preceded this place so I was excited to hear that Waffle Up was taking over. I actually think I preferred the atmosphere when it was the pie store — more comfortable/funky which fits the neighborhood better — just my personal taste though. So, we went in for an early afternoon brunch recently. I honestly don’t like this style of waffle — so, it’s partly my fault — OK — mostly my fault that I didn’t like the place very much. The waffles are just too sweet for me. I had one with the lemon curd and raspberries hoping that a tart lemon curd and raspberries would cut the sweetness of the waffles — even got some bacon(who doesn’t like bacon). But, ultimately I feel the same way about Waffle Up as I do Waffle Brothers. I just don’t like their waffles. I make much better ones at home using America’s Test Kitchen’s recipe and I can gussie them up with real Vermont maple syrup and some splurgy European butter. Now that’s a waffle. My lady friend liked her choice better because she likes this style of waffle more than I do so I think they deserve at least 3 stars because they do what they do well enough. Not their fault I’m such a waffle prima donna.

Yum! Super cute and tasty new addition in the old Humble Pie location. Being generally waffle-crazed people, we made our way over almost as soon as we found out about it, and weren’t disappointed. We split a Bacon, Basil & Brie and a Balsamic Strawberry & Goat Cheese, both from the«Savory» menu. Holy flavor explosion! I am now a HUGE fan of the texture of the Liege-style waffle batter – a little crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside(and yum all over). The *ONLY* reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is because I find the Liege batter to be just a little too sweet, even when counterbalanced by the savory toppings(most of which still have a sweet element, like strawberries, maple or honey). I will definitely be back, but will probably steer clear of the«Sweet» menu. Which means more quality time with bacon, basil and brie. Works for me!

After being tempted by samples at Unilocal’s Casino Royale, I made a trip the same weekend to taste the glory again. Since then, I’ve been a handful of times, and each time has been as good as the first. The waffles are not your usual fare. They are liege waffles made with special dough and pearl sugar. Te result is a dense, sweet waffle with a caramelized crust. Pure goodness! My favorites are the plain so the dough really comes through, and the bacon basil brie. All are delicious, so you really can’t go wrong.

This place really hit all the right spots for me. I love Belgian-style waffles and these are the Liege waffles that are made from a sweet batter, which is perfect to me! I’ve been here twice and enjoyed it both times. The first visit I had a Bacon, Basil and Brie waffle and a honey latte. Both were absolutely amazing, but I was still a bit hungry afterwards. I realized that while the waffle was absolutely tasty and hit all the notes I was looking for; I needed a little more, as the waffles are not very large. On the next visit, I ordered a Greek yogurt parfait with berries and granola, another waffle and a honey latte. A better amount for my hungry appetite and I was quite happy with. This is a small space with about 5 – 6 tables and bar stools on a skinny countertop along the window wall. My only downside is that there is no wifi, but that’s ok too. I definitely loved it and will be back again.

There’s really nothing to dislike about this adorable neighborhood joint. The space is cheery and bright with pops of orange. And the staff’s disposition mirrors that cute cheeriness. And there’s the largest array of Belgian waffles to welcome you — savory or sweet. Care for a gooey Belgian waffle topped with Brie cheese and apple or perhaps fresh fruit, honey, and Greek yogurt? It’s all there for you. And after the consuming of the softest most delicious waffle ever you are able to buy a coffee to go! The fast casual concept certainly agrees with Belgium waffle and complimentary toppings combinations!
