I purchased my home in December 2014 and hired Warner Concepts to complete my reno in January 2015 based on their client service and pricing.
Geoff and his crew are absolutely the most trustworthy and reliable contractors I have worked with.
Geoff was very patient, honest and collaborative from the initial quote right through to the final touchups six weeks later, when I moved in to my condo in West Highlands. He and his team kept in close touch with me throughout the project, providing me with excellent advice and clear pricing on the options I chose. The guys were always on time, efficient and dedicated to quality workmanship, down to the smallest detail.
I’m so pleased I chose them to renovate my condo and everyone who sees my place ooh’s and aah’s at the gorgeous reno. I will not go to anyone else for future work in Denver!

This is a wonderful company. They are a general contractor, and do almost anything. The owner Scott, pays close attention to detail and always always gets it right. They stand by their work 150%. The guy who runs the company, he’s always organized and it’s not like those other places you have come out and bid something, they are honest and forthright with what they are going to cost. It’s a great company to keep in mind. That’s for sure!
