Wendy’s

Wendy’s is my go to for a quick meal but the staff at this location needs training in customer relations. Enough other Wendy’s in the vicinity, won’t be back to this location.

The nicest and cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to! Came during lunch rush and they got the food out fast and fresh and were very nice and the place was very clean.

This Wendy’s is horrible. I used to come here a few years ago and it was good. I actually worked here 13 years ago, and we never treated customers the way I’ve been treated in the last two times I’ve been here.
A few weeks ago I came to the drive thru to order food. it was around 8:30 p.m. My family had been moving all day and I had to feed 6 people. I know it’s sort of a lot of food I ordered a bunch of junior bacons and a bunch of double stacks. I didn’t order anything specially made. I think it was a manager at the window and I heard her say, this lady needs to go home and cook. that really pissed me off. This is a restaurant right? They do get paid to cook and sell food right? I wasn’t rude at all, I always say please and thank you and I realized it was a big order but I did not feel like calling to get the gas turned on in a new house and dig through a million boxes to find something to cook with and then buying groceries which is why I went to a drive thru to buy food for people who were hungry. I went through again this evening and I had to order for 5 people. The guy at the window was an idiot. Everybody is always so rude there. I asked for chili seasoning. he said chicken seasoning? Yeah dumbass I wanted chicken seasoning. I’m not going back to that Wendys. everybody is always rude they don’t take the time to make sure your order is correct. They don’t care. The manager there needs to give them lessons on how to treat customers. I would rather go to the McDonalds on 128^th and Zuni. I would rather eat McDonalds food and have to deal with their crew who is always nice and polite then deal with the s******** at the Wendys on 120^th and Melody.

Food was prepared normally and tasted as expected, but they got my order wrong, forgot a meal and then the drink that was supposed to go with it. Tables needed wiped badly as did the seats.

Wow the worst service ever should be embarrassed to be called a Wendy’s no customer service whatsoever arguing with the customers

0 stars i will never return to this wendy’s. so before we going to order wanted to use restroom & wash hands before eating so we were waiting for restroom a female employee came out of restroom after being in there for 10 mins (she did use the rest room because could smell it not to be gross & it flushed) and didnt wash her hands we didnt hear any water running and the sink was dry!!! no thank you ;;((
