There is nothing bad to say about Willow Creek ~ awesome location and amazing people working and living there! We rented for 7 months and felt at home within the community the entire time!

There are SO many things that I love about Willow Creek.
The location is awesome — close to Colorado Blvd, but set back enough that the heavy traffic isn’t an issue.
The staff is phenomenal — the leasing and maintenance staff are prompt, courteous, and they take care of business. They go the extra mile to make sure that all tenants are comfortable and can enjoy a friendly, quiet atmosphere.
The rates are reasonable, there’s plenty of parking, laundry on-​site, dog walk area, super clean apartments, feels very safe. The tenants are mostly mid-​twenties to forties and there aren’t a ton of kids (maybe one?). The appliances aren’t brand new, but they are functional and clean.
