HORRIBLE experience with Window Genie. Like the previous review, it took over 6 phone calls to get them to return call. They scheduled an appointment 10 days later, between 4−6pm. At 6:30 I called and left a message, as no one answered, asking what happened with my appt. THREE days later, they called, saying they had no record of my appt. They rescheduled for 2 days later between 2 – 4. At 4:30 I called. No answer. I got an email 3 days later saying due to the heat wave, 3 of their technicians had been hospitalized due to heat stroke. They rescheduled for the following Sunday between noon and 3pm. Again, no show, no call, no email, no response, period. I as well purchased my voucher through Amazon. I would warn everyone to avoid this company.
