Great experience! Mike Cook the sales representative was such a nice person and so very knowledgeable about the windows and company. Mike answered all our questions, went over everything, measuring and pricing and explained it all. He is the best in our opinion. The window installers were very professional and did a great job removing the old windows and installing the new windows. Manuel and his associate are the best. Very happy with the windows! The windows are beautiful! Thank you Mike Cook, Manuel and his associate! Thank you Window World! JoAnn and her daughter Sherry

Called me 10 minutes before the appointment to give me an estimate and the guy said they don’t want to take liability for replacing my windows since my townhouse has stucco. Confused me since many of my neighbors have had their windows replaced and the companies they used didn’t have any issues. If your company doesn’t do stucco you should probably make people aware before you schedule an estimate. Gentlemen went on to say that he was going to text a picture to his boss and then call to reschedule if he could replace them. So…guess I’ll be happy they called. Waste of time.

Contacted the company twice requesting an estimate for a window installation.(77×71 triple pane low-e) Both times I was promised a call from a sales rep to discuss the project at hand. Not one call from the promised sales rep has occurred. Not able to recommend this company due to the utter lack of follow-through and customer service. Avoid.

The windows did take a long time to come in because of the rain(earlier on in the season), they were way behind. The installation was pain-free. It was suppose to take 3 days, but they got it done in a day-and-a-half. Incredible. It looks so good! The installers Dwayne and Jimmy were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. You couldn’t even tell they had been inside, except for the beautiful windows. We are VERY happy with Window World. We had used them in Aurora and purchased 13 windows there and we LOVED them. Again, they did good job. That is why we used them up here in the mountains for our cabin home. Have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

This is an update to my window installation project. I got my last window installed today becasue it was mistakenly not ordered with the rest of my windows during the original purchase. I was able to delay my painter so aside from having to take another afternoon off work to be home this wasn’t a large inconvenience. I was unhappy with the fit of this window though; there was about a 1″ gap between the window and the stud that I could clearly see light through. The installer filled the gap with spray foam and caulked it so there is a good seal for now, but it does concern me long term that there could be leaking through the gap. I’m not sure if the guy who took the measurements messed up or the window manufacturer; but it’s unfortunate that costumers have to pay the same for a poorly fit window as you would a well fit one with no/minumal gaps. So at the end of the day I would still suggest that people go elsewhere if you are looking for windows. However, Window World will likely be the lowest price out there so if that is your sole criteria they are still worth consideration.

We had a roller-coaster of a ride with this company. Our first sales guy didn’t show to our first appt, which is inconvenient to us because we took work off to be there. After days of not hearing from anyone, they finally called back to say the first guy quit and they were behind and to give them another chance. The second sales guy came out and was very helpful and professional. We ended up attempting to schedule an install and never heard back. We called back in and got a recording saying they are busy. Finally got someone to call us back after a weeks time. They scheduled our install. We loved our installer and he did a very good job. He was on time and did all 4 of our windows in about 6 hours. We also love the look of the windows and the quality. Pros: very reasonably priced, very nice windows, friendly staff, great installation Four stars for a rocky start but quality install

On 5÷14÷2015 I scheduled a 4 window installation thru Brian Goldberg for Monday(5⁄18) @ 8:30am. Later that day Chesia from the office called me to reschedule for another time on Mon. because, according to her, the installer had a doctor appt. that morning. Between 12:30pm and 1:30pm became the agreed upon new install time. Well, the installers did indeed show up on the 18th … eventually …@ 4 in the afternoon. LOL. I asked the guy when he arrived«Well, how did it go at your doctor appointment? His response …“What appointment?» They did end up installing 3 of the 4 windows. They couldn’t install the last because evidently they don’t have enough sense to carry a long enough ladder on their vehicle to accommodate a 17 ft high window installation. The 4th window is still in my garage as I am writing this. I called WW this morning to try to set up another install date but Chesia said the scheduler was busy at the moment and took my number. Haven’t heard back from either of them. I emailed a complaint to Brian Goldberg(scheduling) as well as Vivian Price(sales). Haven’t heard back from either of them. I’m certain that I’ll hear from WW sooner or later. Why? Because they want to get PAID. LOL. Pls. allow me to offer up my 2 cents worth of advice … If you expect even a minimum amount of competence WW should be the very last on your list. AMENDEDREVIEW: Rick, the owner of WW, was kind enough to respond to an Email that I sent this AM complaining about the service or lack thereof I was getting. He assured me that the last window could be installed either this afternoon or early tomorrow morning. So I have set up an install appointment thru Brian for 8:30 am Fri. Hopefully this gets resolved tomorrow. Because of his quick response to my complaint and his sincere attempt to make things right, I don’t believe this incident should reflect negatively on the company as a whole. Actually they do very good work and I am more than pleased with the look of the windows that were installed. In retrospect, I may have jumped the gun in submitting a negative review. but when a business doesn’t call back in a timely manner, it does seem as if some of their employees(not all) are taking their customers for granted. I am upgrading WW from 1 star to 4 stars.

My best friend had windows put In Her condo. She is a single mom, and deals with a strict HOA. Window world made a complete mess of her home. There is caulking spread all over the place, as though a 5 year old did the install job. She has been trying to get window world to correct the issue, to no avail. I have to replace 3 large windows in my house and will NOT use Window World. BEWARE!!!

So I got a refund, they took the door back. This turned into a four month ordeal, my suggestion to you my fellow Unilocalers is don’t use this company. They don’t care their products are garbage, their customer service is a nightmare. I ended up going to Home Depot for a real door, Home Depot did an outstanding job

After receiving several«energy hog» letters from Excel Energy, I had Window World come out to do a free energy audit and estimate. The energy audit was informative and told me what I had suspected, my windows were drafty. They said my 20 year old wooden windows and sliders used caulk as insulation which tends to disintegrate after 5 years, thereby letting air in. They use a fiberglass insulation instead. I liked their professionalism and bid so I booked them to do my first floor windows and sliders. The crew was courteous and tidy, leaving no mess, which was a huge plus for me. My new doors and windows make my house look new again. I recently received my first Excel bill after the new windows and it showed a little over a 20% savings. I can’t wait to have my second floor windows replaced! Thanks Window World. It’s refreshing to work with contractors of your caliber. Sincerely, Angie R. Louisville, CO

I do appreciate WW removing their response as it contained incorrect infromation and«blaming» the customer is never the right way to go.
