AA Auto & Home Movers

Got a reasonable quote from San Diego, CA to Middletown, RI. The carrier they scheduled was superb. Great service on both ends, car arrived without issue, they were within the time window and there were no added fees that many folks talk about.

AA Auto Home Movers is a broker that uses disreputable subcontractors. We paid $ 5900 to move 2 cars across the country. They assigned JES Auto Transport (owner John Stelma) the job. One car arrived with the bumper paint badly scratched, large fresh flakes peeling off. It was also slightly dented. JES promised to pay for the damage and asked for photos to be emailed. Then they promptly disappeared, failing to respond to emails, phone calls, and snail mail. We even sent them a repair estimate from Toyota, which of course they ignored. We contacted AA Auto Home Movers which failed to take responsibility for the actions of their subcontractor. They should have provided prompt reimbursement for the obvious damages. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I had a very bad experience with AA Auto movers when I moved my car from Novato to Dallas. These are brokers and they deal with very poor towing companies. They will just get the commission for the business and they really don’t care what is going on after that. The real towing companies are black listed people. They will spoil your car. Beware of these brokers. I am not sure how they got good BBB rating. I am also going to complain to BBB.

«Contract» means nothing to them… They held my truck hostage and made be pay an extra $ 250 (above the $ 1300) and promised my 5 – 7 days and took 25 DAY!!! Avoid this company like the plague.
